Description: the user draws a pentical on the ground in blood(it dose not have to be there own but it useualy is)and then markes the target by fuseing his chakra with there blood. and then the user gains super human streangth(about enuff to lift a medium sized car) and super human speeds(30-50 miles depending on the rank of the user)

Weakness:The effects of this jutsu go away when blood seal is released when the target dies or when the user becomes to weak to stableize the jutsu. the user must keep takeing more blood from the marked unit or the jutsu will cancle. if lasts more then 8 posts this will cancle.

Description: Luutiont adds more blood to the pentical used for akuma blood jutsu and makes the pentical grow out to a larger raidius and the splaters blood into the air then he turns the blood into the senbon needels and the needels act like rain falling on enemeys within the pentacle trigram.

Weakness:If the senbon hit the enemy they will not do a great deal of damge to them this jutsu can also be used to mark an opponent the only way one of the senbon will hurt somebody is if they hit a mjor artiry or and eye or something.

Description: To use this technique, u must be standing ina blood pentcle on the ground and, some hand seals are needed: Boar, Dragon, Horse, Serpent. After the seals have been performed the user will either pound their hands on the ground or stomp with their feet. A penticle will appear beneath the user and a affinity of iron chains will grip the opponent and bring them to their knees. They can be broken with hard work, but it helps if your chuunin or higher. This jutsu is used to contain people and hold them still. It doesn't really "Seal" anything but it is still classified as Fuinjutsu.last 3 to 5 posts depending on the situation

weakness:A C-B rAnk users can easly break out of this jutsu and the chains can be escaped from with a medium amount of chakra use

Description:
Luutiont courses chakra around his arm, causing a thin membrane of chakra to cover his arm in what looks like an enlarged claw. He can then attack his opponent, causing more damage than normal due to the chakra enhancement. Also note that he can also deal slashing damage due to the chakra around his hands.The chakra around his arm also acts like a sheild protectiong luutiont from chakra based attacks.
Weakness:
The technique can be easily countered, and as Luutiont himself is closer to his opponent, he is in greater risk of getting hit by potentially lethal close ranged techniques.

I don't mind hell or demon stuff; however, the aspect of drinking blood ties into the religious aspect of necromancy. Once you add religion to it, people can take offense.

its not exactly D-C rank more or D-S rank its power increases and decrerases by the users rank and the vampire clan(the clan luutiont is in) are beliveors of lord jashin and study in his jutsus

When I said it would be at least C rank, I meant anything even remotely close to a jutsu that would involve religion for the sheer fact that it would be taught to inexperienced Gennin.

To be honest, I think just making C rank would be pushing it.
