Personality: Tenchi is a very level headed person. He is very friendly and is almost always calm. When certain situations call for it he is can a fairly funny man because of his youthfulness that is in him. He can get angry, but it isn’t like blind anger, it is more like a burning anger. He is not lazy, and is a very determined person.

History: Birth/Childhood Arc:

Tenchi Kami was born Oct. 15th on a nice cool fall day. His parents cuddled him, and loved him very much. He loved the attention that he recieved from his parents, but after a while he got used to it and wanted more. So, basically he was a spoiled little brat with a human nature craving always for more. So, this brings us up through to his childhood.

Well when he was growing up he was nurtured and babied. He thought that in a way the planets and everything else revolved around him. He got just about anything he could want, but he was never satisfied with what he had. Then one day when he was 6 that was all turned up side down. One day during a mission his father was killed. Hours later the village had recieved the letter that his dad was dead. His mom turned hysterical and went sort of nuts.

Later that day she went to the Hokage about what had happened and demanded a mission to get revenge on whoever had killed her husband. The Hokage had told her no because she wasn't sure about the strength of the ninja and she couldn't waste percious ninja resourses. Most of all though she knew that all Tenchi had left was his mother. Then the Hokage told her to go home, rest, and they could talk about this later. She herself was a Jounin in the village and wanted revenge for the death of my dad and went out of the village to kill the person who had killed my own father. After she left the Hokage was very angry with her knowing that she had disobayed his orders.

An hour after she left the Hokage sent out a recovery party to recover my mother before she made anymore stupid decisions. The party was to late. His mother was found slaughtered on the ground by my father and the squad he was with. The next day after their bodies arrived back in town they buried them and they had a funeral. He was there knowing that He would never see them ever again and he wished that he had them back. This didn't happen and it changed him a lot. He was crushed for years after that event. He had relised that he wasn't the center of the universe anymore.

He had become less selfish and decided he should serve his village and protect as many people as he could. He then entered the academy at the age of 8 and trained in the ways of the ninja to gain the power he needed to protect as many people as he could. As he aged he met many new ninja and people training to be ninja. He quickly made friends with most of those people while still gaining power. Finally at the age of 12 he graduated the academy and became a ninja at the rank of genin.

Training Arc

After he graduated from the academy and became a genin he got in too many fights. The first was with a mysterious girl by the name of Nasamea. They had a good little match and they started kind of a little rivalry. Tenchi wouldn't see her later till the Chuunin exams (Will add later because this is sort of happening ATM). After that he good in to a little bout a round 2 monthes later with a new genin by the name of Ryoko. They had a good little spar, too, but Ryoko wasn't really a match for him.

Something though very strange happened during the fight. As he was fighting he had a creepy feeling that someone powerful was watching him. It was like the person's chakra was all around him. It was so intense that it made him quiver a little. Well fast forwarding through the fight as he was walking away he had spotted the source of the power. It was a white haired looking waundering ninja watching their little spar. Soon after they talked and he offered to train him, and Tenchi happily agreed to recieve the training from the ninja even though he didn't know his name.

Two days later it came time for his new sensei to pick him up and Tenchi was left standing at the gate for many hours. He was fairly unhappy when his sensei came to get him. He smelled lightly of alchohol, which made him even a little angrier. Though after that he asked his sensei about his name, and his sensei said that he wanted Tenchi to cut off some of his hair. This is when the training started. During the lesson he figured out the purpose of it which was to find the simplest way to win. He simply asked his sensei for his name and he told him it was simply Ginko.

Tenchi went through Ginkos training of 3 more lessons until it was time for the Chunnin Exams. The second one was to work on a technique that Ginko had created hisself called Dai Shikon. Though, Tenchi had improved on the technique by the time the lesson was over. Instead of using raw chakra he used wind chakra with the technique. This made the technque even more destructive, and instead of being ranked as a B ranked technique, it was now ranked as an A ranked technique.

The 3rd lesson was to test Tenchi on his speed. Ginko and him ran for a long distance to see how fast he could get. Though Ginko saw the boy's speed as slow. He thought of it just being regular Genin speed. This prompted Ginko for his 4th and final lesson before the Chunnin Exams. Ginko knew the Chunnin Exams were close and he had to do something about Tenchi's speed and strength before it happened.

Tenchi had no idea what pain he was going to have the morning of the first lesson. They had waken up earlier than normal, before dawn, and Ginko explained what this lesson was going to be. The lesson wasn't really a lesson at all though, it was more of a medical sugery than anything. Ginko had given Tenchi his own muscle. Soon after the surgery most of his muscle was transformed into muscle like Ginko's muscle. Tenchi gained more strength and speed than he ever could have imagined. After the surgery, Ginko and Tenchi fought, and Ginko became crazed looking like he was ready to eat Tenchi's soul or something. Soon after his sensei calmed down. Also Tenchi had received a very well made sword from Ginko during the fight by the name of Gufuu.

Chunnin Exam Arc

The Chunnin Exams started, and Tenchi was ready for them. The day the exams started, he ran there because he was a little late because of the training from Ginko. He arrived soon though, to sign up for the exams because of the speed boost from the muscles that Ginko had transplanted into him. He arrived at the first exam only to find out that there wasn't going to be one held. He had been put with a team of 2 huuyga, and they ran off to the forest awaiting the 2nd Exam's start. Tenchi had plans for the exams though, he had decided to team up with Nasamea and her team, but afterwards he found out about a very powerful team's plot to take Nasamea's team out. He decided to bail on the plan, and just look after him and his team. The rest of the exam and the the next were easy for him to do, and he became a Chunnin. (We all know what happened) After this he trained under Kyouken Uchiha for many years.

Time Skip- Searching for the Gods

When he was done training with them he set out on a searching for the Gods training by himself and getting more powerful each passing year. By the age of 30 and with information he had gotten though years of searching he had finally found the gods. They were on top of a mountain, a mountain that was hidden, and was taller than any ever seen in the world. On this mountain chakra was impossible to use, and the weight of the world seemed to be on your back only to not be able to get a good breath in of air. He was given a herculean task of climbing and finding this mountain in order to have peace in the troubled world he was in.

Even more years passed and when Tenchi had traveled across the oceans, traveled across countless forests, and climbed countless mountains he had found it. He climbed the mountain, but at the top there was nothing. Where are the gods? He looked into the sky and saw a huge palace floating the in sky. It looked to be only a mile away. After climbing for so long he was tired, and he couldn't use any chakra to get up there. He spent around 7 days on the mountain top. His food started to get short and so did his water. Only at the edge of destruction shall we overcome our obstacles. With a huge and mighty jump he jumped up, but his jump wasn't enough. He fell to the Earth with his eyes closed, but he didn't fall to earth. He fell onto a cloud. The cloud was solid. But how is this possible? Soon enough he jumped from cloud to cloud then he jump onto the grounds surrounding the palace in the sky. He then saw 7 gods in the sky.

He knew it was the Fire God, Wind God, Lightning God, Earth God, Water God, Yin Yang God, and the Magic God. Tenchi looked furious because they all looked relaxed and didn't seem to care about what was happening below them. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!" They looked at him in a surprised expression. They all said at once to Tenchi, "How are you up here? This is impossible for a mortal to climb the mountain...Unless....What is your last name?" Tenchi looked confused why they had asked him his last name. "My name is Tenchi Kami, why do you ask?" They looked shocked, and looked at one another. "Divine you said? We have heard that last name before." The Gods then turned inward and started to talk to each other and started to discuss something. "We know about the pain and suffering on Earth, but we couldn't do anything about it. We agreed a long time ago not to meddle in human affairs anymore. We have been waiting for someone to come here and receive a gift from us to stop the fighting. This gift will be passed through your family, and will be good to stop the fighting. Do you want this gift? After you receive this gift whatever you get you will be given eternal youth, and an a title. Do not mistake this. You will not be a god, but you will have certain aspects of a god." Tenchi nodded his head and then the Gods started to glow and something was starting to gather in the center of the group of Gods. They motioned him forward and the group opened up to uncover a swirling ball on light. It shot forward into the chest of Tenchi and soon he glowed white. His body turned back into what it was in his 20s. He felt a new great power within him. "Now, we want you to think of something" Tenchi closed his eyes and thought of a toad. There was a big poof and a fairly large toad appeared in front of him. "Ah it seems you have the power to summon anything. You are given the honorary title of God of Summoning! This trait will be passed down through your family. Now, I think it is time for you to get down to Earth to stop the fighting. Use your gift and it will stop."

He jumped down from the palace down onto the clouds, and climbed back down the mountain. He ran back to Konohagakure no Sato and settled back down there.

Time Skip: Peace After the War Ends: Loveless Life Arc

Tenchi was 70 years old and there had been peace for 20 years. He watched as all of his friends die off. One by one they all seemed to parish. Their faces turned to wrinkles has his own face would stay the same. It was torture to Tenchi. He knew that this was going to happen. He never could have a real life and a family without him out lasting his love. It seemed that it was all he wanted in his life. A person who he could be with for the rest of his life, but he could never have one. The pain of a mortal love dying would be a lot to hold for as long as he was going to live.

Time Skip: Peace After the War Ends: The New Hokage Arc
Tenchi loved his village so much. He was on the council in the village, now at his age of 80. He had been on the council for 30 years, and 3 Hokages had died in that time. They died from flair ups in sicknesses all over the ninja world. Around ¼ of the ninja population died. Due to his health and young body he did not get sick, but more of his friends had died. He was now sitting in a meeting to discuss who was to be the new Hokage. Many of the Jounin looked nervous because of all of the sickness, but he just sat there like nothing was going on. In his time many have passed before him, and more death did not phase him. It was the pain from those who greived for the dead he felt sad about. He knew death was a part of a person’s life, but living with that kind of pain was like a hell on Earth.

A Jounin began to speak and all muttering stopped. “Hello my name is Kizu. I just want to have a Hokage as soon as possible so we do not look weak, I would like to nominate Elder Tenchi Kami for the position. He has been on the council for the longest amount of time. He has the experience of an old ninja, but the body of a young one. I think he is for the best of the village. Plus he has eternal youth so he will be able to make clear decisions for a long time, and we will not have to worry about it.” An Elder got up by the name of Yoshimaru and said, “I agree that he may have a lot of experience, but it is his eternal youth that is the problem. What if he starts to stray down the wrong path in his time of ruling? His life will be long and we may need new blood in the position of Hokage. This is the only thing I fear.” Tenchi got up and said, “I am Tenchi Kami. I would welcome the title if you were to give it to me. If eternal youth is the issue then please, if you think I am not right for the position in the future then please have another meeting and we can decide another Hokage. So, let us all decide, who want me to be Hokage raise your hand.” He looked around to see that most if not all of the room had their hands raised. Elder Yoshimaru got up from his seat and said, “Then it is setted; Tenchi Kami will be the new Hokage!”

Previous Arc: Konohagakure No Sato

For the 59 years of his Hokage reign the Leaf Village had never been better. The Leaf Village even had its city walls expanded to allow more room in the booming village of ninja. More business’s popped up all over every day. The Leaf Village had started to get lax in this time of peace. Even Konohagakure’s shinobi force had started to decrease its Shinobi/ Citizen ratio. More people started to become citizens rather than Shinobi. Tenchi knew that that was what any enemies of Konoha wanted. He needed more Shinobi and fast.

Using Tenchi's political forethough, he decided to go to the other village to reconferm alliances that were set in place many years ago with his young apprientice. First, he went to the Sand Village and met up with the Kazekage, but strange enough the Kazekage was replaced by the person he he just met only a few minutes before being reassured that the Leaf and Sand would be allies. After that Tenchi went to the Lightning village, but Kenshi mysteriously told Tenchi to go ahead and to go to Kumogakure no Sato without him. He went to the high mountain while riding on the Roc and he landed just outside of Kumogakure no Sato. He hopped off of the Roc and walked into the village to meet the Raikage. He meeted with the Raikage, but the Raikage Neeva at the time didn't like the thought of peace, but offered a deal, if Tenchi gave him Kenshi Uchiha he would consider becoming peaceful with Konoha, but Tenchi decided after being a little angered by the proposal of the deal that he would let Kenshi make his own choice. After that he banned Tenchi from ever entering the village again until they reached an agreement. Soon after he resummoned the Roc and he returned home to Konohagakure no Sato.

He then returned to the village seeing Kenshi Uchiha in the distance, but Tenchi could sense something was not right with Kenshi, it was as if he had gain some sort of power he didn't have the last time he saw him. He told Kenshi about the deal and Kenshi decided that it was best if he were to go to Kumogakure no Sato instead of saying in the village. There was a change in him somehow, it was like it wasn't the real reason he went to Kumogakure. Tenchi then went back into the village striding as Kenshi left.

Soon enough Tenchi was able to forge an alliance with Kumogakure no Sato and all seemed to be right. Tenchi seemed to be at the top of his game during his reign as Hokage, but suddenly after 59 years of being Hokage he stepped down, and he became a wandering ninja. After he left his position of Hokage the world seemed to spiral into chaos. First, his former apprientice assumed the position and title of Raikage. Soon after becoming Raikage he started to act crazy, at least that is what people thought, then he tried to blow up the Leaf Village. It wasn't true though, someone was masquaiding as Kenshi and the truth was discovered. Tenchi then fought Kenshi bravely, but alas he lost. With the loss he gained the truth about what really happened. Next, a super powerful person named Kudara revealed himself. It took a lot out of Tenchi, but along with the help of his fellow ninja, they were able to stop the evil of the man.

After he helped defeat Kudara he went into the outskirts of the ninja world waiting for another catastophy to take place. He trained in secret while going through the lands, going up aliases and using the transformation ninjutsu. He was able to take key steps in creating certain ninjutsu that haven't been seen or heard about. Only time will tell if his training really will pay off.

Current Arc

Tenchi heard about the Neo-Akatsuki, and he is traveling the world making new allies and discovering shocking secret such as information on the now thought active criminal organization. Tragety awaits Tenchi in his progress through this arc. Perhaps he will play a key role in stopping the atrocities that are about to take place.

From this day on all he knows is what he must do to complete his goals. As most people know we look to the past to predict the future and prevent any mistakes we have made. Sometimes we must forget our pain and sorrow in order to see clearly. That is a lesson that Tenchi will have to relearn in the future.

I know Tenchi is good, but do you really need that many force points? Your character seems to revolve around lots of ninjutsu. Your jutsu don't contain that much taijutsu at all...

Since you stole from my old character, I'll tell you that Ginko's speed and force were not high. They would be at least a 4.5 or 4. I never intended for him to be exceptionally strong in both areas.

This needs to get reapproved I guess... If you have any problems please post them, and I will try to accomindate them if I view them as rational. If I view them as irrational, I might be tempted to ignore the problem the person presented because sometimes I can be rather hard headed.

Drop the stats, we took them out of the template. You need approval from TSF as Hokage, for S-rank from Konoha.

It has been done, but I guess I sort of already have permission from TSF since he said "Go for it" in the Konohagakure Message Board, but if I am wrong and have miscontrued the meaning of the words he posted, I am sorry for metaphorically 'putting the words in his mouth.' Also, if I am wrong please TSF post here giving me or not giving me permission to be an S ranked ninja from Konohagakure no Sato.

Tenchi was let back into the leaf by my verdict, so yeah. We're good.
