Shikaku was sat in under a tree in a field just outside Konoha. It had been a long day and he had done nothing for most of it. He tilted his head back and looked at the sky, it was a clear warm day and there was only a slight breeze that was just enough to keep him cool in the shade. Pulling out his pack of cigarette's he sighed he was down to his last three, I'll have to go back to the shop and get some more soon. Putting the cigarette to his mouth and lighting it he looked at his surroundings. There were some woods to his left and nothing but fields to his right, in front of him the was a panoramic view of Konoha.

Taking a drag on his cigarette he jumped to the nearest branch and stood for a while. He could have sworn he'd heard something, and if one of the Jounin caught him smoking he'd be on punishment detail for a week. After a while he jumped back down from the tree and sat back down. This was the best spot in all of Konoha to relax in his mind, again he thought he heard footfalls on the grass nearby but when he looked around he could see nothing so continued with his smoke. Good day to be alive he said to himself lazily

Spoiler:

Gold eyes glared through the leaves of hte closest treeline. A killing lust creeping through its vains. a slow deathly mist crept across the grass. Kashaku stalked the shinobi that was laying in the grass. He smired devilishly as the mist continued to surround the are. A new hand seal was made as he waited in the tree's for the mist to cover the area. He was planning on keeping his possition a secret for a little while. But just in case, his chains of fate were in hand. And he was ready to go on the full attackon his own if he needed to.

His eye's danced across the field as he looked at his various options. He noted the points of attack, as well as the mulitple escape routes. He would be sure to close those of. Over one hundred years of experiance on the battle field had taught him a lot. But in his current state he was wondering just how things would turn out. For him, this was more of atest than anything. Where it all went was up to the gods or whoever. He didn't care, this was all a means to an end.

From the opposing side of darkness, Satoshi sat crouched in a tree as he examined the area before him. His blue hair and blue eyes gleamed ever so slightly, taking attention away from the black angel wings folded against his back; ready to be used. He spotted the genin in the tree nearby, his blue eyes focused on the being before a sudden mist began catching his attention elsewhere. Appeared there were two now, obvious threats. Wings unfolding slightly, Satoshi reached into his pouch before removing a few kunai. He sat in a ready position, waiting for the first move to occur as he analyzed everything.

Suddenly mist rolled in around Shikaku, it rolled in around him. Well this cant be good, this cant have been a normal mist it had been clear skies all day. Flicking the end of his cigarette away he pulled a few shuriken out of his pouch and waited, something was clearly wrong here he had thought he had heard someone now he was sure. He now looked at the tree line the only place anyone could possibly hide.

Retreating up his tree he waited for his opponent, let them make the first move then counter the word of his academy sensei running through his head. This would be the first time he had seen actual combat and not a simulation. He sniffed the air at all times keeping his eyes on the tree line the mist that had rolled in had not been thick enough to blur his vision, but it did make it harder to see.

Right stuff this he threw the shuriken he had in his hand into the gaps in the tree line. I there was anyone there they'd show themselves now there cover had been blown, come on out and play

Kashaku smirked as one of the shuriken closed in on him. He raised his left arm and used hte chain wrapped around it to defend himself. The shuriken stick within the links but didn't pierce his skin. He looked to his left and threw one kama end toward a near by branch to cut it. It fell making a thud sound. It was out of sight so someone may think that he had indeed fell to the ground. But now his plan was in motion already, it didnt matter.

Spoiler:

With his handseals formed Kashaku was ready to make his move. Using his Mist Servant Technique three copies of himself flew from the area where hte branch fell. While ten others emerged from the mist covered ground, coming up through the grass. Kashaku wraped one of his chains around the branch and jumped down swinging to another possition. Once he touched down he started running along his projected course. He dug his Kama into a nearby tree and used his speed to hurl himself up into the air, and climbed upto a new position wher ehe waited.

The clones all started their advance jumping up to the tree where Shikaku was. Kashaku himself threw a few Kunai, but it looked like hte clones themselves threw them as they mimiced his actions. The three white haired, yellow eyed clones made their move. Kashaku started to move again. He jumped through the trees making his advance moving around his target. It was then that he noticed a second person there. Or rather a thing, possibly a monster like him. He watched him with a bit of wonder as he moved behind hte young man.

Satoshi watched the fight instantly begin, the two opponents making their moves while Satoshi watched like a shadow from the back ground. He was already awakened to his surroundings, his eyes studying everything before he leaping to a next and more open spaced branch. Landing on one foot, he pushed himself into the air using his other foot before taking flight. His black wings spread wide as he gained air, flapping high before aiming upward. He would take the skies for now, his wings keeping him up as he watched the battle from a good enough distance to have time to avoid any projectiles. The ninja were making their moves; a mist, clones, some small weapons throw. Now it was Satoshi's turn to cause a little chaos.

First he launched the kunai from his hands towards the tree where some clones and the first man had lingered. There were ten in all that rained down from above, five of which making flapping sounds as they did. They would erupt on contact. Second, right after throwing these tools, Satoshi made a few handsigns before taking in a deep breath; his wings keeping him a float. He released at least ten small fire balls towards his opponent now. Four towards the tree and the other six towards the misty field; causing some of the mist to evaporate.

With the fire and tags, the impact of the explosion would be more effective and will most likely set the tree a light as well. The field with some of the evaporating mist would catch a light too but at a slower rate.

Satoshi stayed air borne, high enough to watch his attacks and even have a better chance of avoiding their various attacks.

Spoiler:

Shikaku was almost stunned at the reaction from the tree-line. A sudden whoosh from behind him made him jump from the tree. As he landed he preformed a few quick hand-seals using his lightning fist jutsu he whaled on the nearest clone hitting it square in the forehead. The attack when straight through the clone. What the was all he cloud manage, surveying his surrounding he looked for the caster of the jutsu. There was smoke and fire every where the field itself was slowly catching light and there were clones every where.

Shikaku pulled out his ninja wire spools and several shuriken, he threw the shuriken at the nearest clones and ran for the tree line. Throwing the spools at a low branch on the tree-line he swung about half way the tree behind. If these clones cant be hit then they probably can physically hold or throw things so I've got to watch and wait for the caster to come out of hiding he thought to himself. Looking at the battlefield he observed that there were now two opponents great two of them just what i need on my day off.

He drew two kunai and threw them at his airborne opponent I've got one chance to make this work but I have to get close he thought.

Kashaku had a good grasp of the situation and he liked how thingswere progressing. His original target didnt know his exact location, but that airborn child did. That was a pain in the ass, and more than he cared to apply himself. As the Kunai/fireball combo flew toward him Kashaku simply turned, chainging his direction and getting behind hte tree. His clones were hit, they fell to the ground and re-formed. However when the fire started to get too close for comfert He started to movea again.

Kashaku got ready, as he forced koori to flow through his body as he continued on. While the first shinobi was focused on the flying one he would make his move. It's odd though, who is that boy? I've heard of experiments and such events concerning a being like that. But I thought it was a female. Hm...now that I think about it, that female was the Hokage. I wonder... Kashaku threw three more kunai, making it seem like the clones were attacking, as the followed after Shikaku.

That fire is a problem thouogh. I can't believe this is what I've been reduced to. With hte handsigns formed Kashaku used his Water Armor Jutsu. A thin layer of water covered him soon, but quickly vanished from sight, giving off the visual trick that there was no such jutsu covering him.

Spotting the movements of the shinobi, Satoshi's wings pressed hard against the air as he rose a tad bit higher before drawing forth his own kunai and casting them at the weapons aimed for him. Of course he was at a height that when the weapons were thrown they would be caught by gravity and pulled back down. Satoshi's kunai easily swiped the one's thrown, causing them to spin and begin to aim back downward behind Satoshi's. The kunai hit the dirt as Satoshi then began to prepare his second attack. Watching the clones become destroyed and regenerate Satoshi came to infer that the ninja was somehow keeping a constant chakra flow on them. This meant it must have either been a ninjutsu or even possibly a genjutsu, if only he knew the kai release tech.

Beating his wings again, he kept his distance as he watched these two ninja and the many clones before releasing another round of fire. This time the fifteen small fireballs were focused around the obvious water user. It first came down before him before aiming to circle around. After the last ball, Satoshi grasped something from his pouch before bringing his arms in and throwing out, his wings beating to give more of a push.

If the first attack missed, Satoshi made sure to watch where his fellow target would move before performing his next movement. These thrown weapons were a few kunai with roughly seven shuriken, their small size more hard to see. However, it appeared there was also one other thing mixed in, something small that, upon impact, seemed would burst into a cloud of smoke.

Shikaku was running from tree to tree trying to dodge the blades and the fireballs. He had had a few close calls in the last few seconds and had minor wounds all over his body, just bide time he thought to himself. Shikaku had four reels of wire left it wasn't much but it would have to do, tying wires to two shuriken he continued to move as quick as he could along the tree line. When the wire's were properly attached Shikaku also pulled out several kunai.

Shikaku preformed a quick string of hand-signsthis jutsu batter work, threw the weapons in his hands at the clones behind him keeping hold of the shuriken. Moving to an angle witch aloud an good starting jump would be good, running directly the tallest tree near him he disappeared into the foliage. Seconds later the shuriken flew out of the tree and straight at his winged opponent.

Kashaku was gettign annoyed. The oen in the air was harasing him now. "Such a bother," he sighed as frost seemed to escape his lips. Too bad he no longer had the power he once had or this owuld have been over in seconds. With the firballs closing in and his water armor jutsu in effect he knew that he was only safe to a degree. A direct hit from one of those fireballs would be a huge problem later on. So he did the next best thing. He sent his remaining clones ahead after the other shinobi on the other side of the field while he focused on the air borne threat.

The fire balls came crashing down as Kashaku moved throug hthe forest as fast as his new body could carry him. If I could just touch him, this would be all over. If only I had physical based clones thsi would be a lot easier. All that power now gone... He soon found a nice little layout of cover. He jumped down from a tree branch and used his Kama to swing himself behind a tree trunk, and dropped down to hte base of the tree. The tree itself catching on fire near the top, but Kashaku himself was unhamred. I need to rest now, my clones can work on rounding him up.

And the clones were doing just that. As the weapons went through hte clones they fell to the ground in splashes, quickly reformed an continued their chase. Soon all ten clones had arrived and were hearding him to a certain point.
