Personality: Rena was once a very strong and wise intellectual, until she lost all of her memories due to some unknown reason. Now left with no memory of who she once was, she is seemingly defenseless and shy. Though she looks about eighteen in age, she acts very much like an abandoned child and is very clingy to those who affiliate themselves with her and befriend her. Being the gentle soul she is, Rena is very protective of those who she knows can't protect themselves, even though she can't protect herself in her condition. This comes from her strong sense of good and her distaste for those who are evil or have evil intentions. She is unsure as to why she feels so strongly about the feeling of good inside of her, but think sit may have something to do with who she was before she lost her memory.

History: In the day of man there are forces that keep the worlds balance of good and evil in check. One of the forces that balanced this was a race of people known as Daevas. These Daevas were humans that had ascended beyond that of normal human beings by a chance of fate. The selected few who became Daevas were granted extraordinary power that made the strongest forces know to mankind seem like nothing more then leaves blowing in the wind. But in return for such power came a great and important responsibility and that responsibility was to make sure the balance of good and evil would never shift. This was crucial because if even one force would ever overpower the other then the world would surely be destroyed. But there was another role that the Daevas would also have to take upon there shoulders, and that role was to be safeguards for the human race and intervene in anything that would bring an end to the world or human race. It was a very race occasion for a Daeva to have to intervene with human affairs though and being so they spent most of their time keeping the forces of good and evil in check.

As time passed, more and more Daevas were coming into be and with that came problems. One day a very powerful Daeva by the name of Kishin had decided that he was fed up with having to watch over humanity and would rather control and rule it as a god would. At first Kishin kept his plans a secret but soon enough he started to gather followers; weaker Daevas who wanted more power flocked to him like sheep to a shepherd and soon enough, Kishin had an army to control. It didn't take long for the remaining Daevas to figure out Kishin's plans though and soon enough the clash of the Daevas began. This all out war to protect the human or control it lasted for several centuries until one day Kishin was defeated in battle. However before Kishin's life was extinguished, he used a spell that would destroy his body and send his spirit to earth, where he could try to influence the humans themselves with his power and gain control over them. When this happened Kishin took on a new name and a new role as Ashura, the God of Madness. When this happened he decided to spread his dark power all across the planet, bringing Madness to the world. This lead to large scale wars and conflicts that placed the very human race at risk. Unfortunately the Daevas, weakened from their war against their traitorous brethren, could do nothing to intervene with the conflicts and soon enough the world had started on its path to being what it is today. Of course Ashura wasn't content with simply driving the entire human race into chaos, of no. He wanted to rule them and as a spirit he couldn't do that. So by using the widespread ruin and madness that now possessed all of humanity, he soon took on a new form and body. When this happened the Daevas had no choice but to go to the world of humans and intervene with the various conflicts. Not having the time or patients to deal with the humans peacefully, the Daevas simply put down the conflict with violence. Because of their vast power this didn't take long for them to do but the true battle had yet to come. Ashura still had to be stopped at any cost or else what remained of the human world would become nothing but ruin.

Soon enough the Daevas found Ashura and used all the power they possessed to stop his rein of madness and destruction, though it cost them dearly. In the battle many Daevas lost their lives but in the end the world was safe to rebuild itself. Ashuras influence on humanity would never be lifted though. madness would continue to exist within every human being until the tiem when the race itself was extinct, and as long as there was madness in the world, Ashura could always come back. Being this the remaining Daevas would continue to watch over humanity, waiting for The God of madness to return, so that they could once again defeat him.
