Bloodline jutsu's

Name of Jutsu: Satanic whips Level 1 - 3

Description: Kaji has the abilite to create and manipulate whips of a satanic energy. It does use chakra but it usally comes back to him in the long run. It goes by a few levels and each level gains a different abilite for the whip.

Level 1: This level is when the battle is very not heated and when there is only a few people nearby. Its when the emotions are downlow and are very serene. The whips itself is very strong in this form but its also the one that consume the most chakra to make. Its very large and can reach up to 15 meters away. It can lift up to 350 pounds of weight by itself and cut through steel.

This level whips ability is that it has a slight static charge and when it hits it will send a jolt of electricity through the opponent. Its a mild jolt and it will only cause mild numbness in the cut/hit area. Kaji is limited to 3 whips only at this level

Level 2: This level is when the battle has a underlying emotion of hate or anger or even a low sense of lust or if there is a number of people. This whip consumes a medium amount of chakra to form and none to keep up untill kaji wills it to dissapear. In this form it is even larger and can reach up to 25 meters away. It can lift 500 pounds of weight by itself and can cut through titanium.

In this form it takes on a slight nara ability and it uses this ability when it hits to cause the opponent to be binded to there own shadow for 30 seconds (1 post). Kaji is allowed 5 whips only at this level.

Level 3: This level is when the battle is at its high point it takes very little chakra to create and maintain due to the most powerful emotions are released. Fear, lust, adrenaline, anger are all relased and the energy is at its highest. At this level it can reach 40 meters outwards and can shatter diamonds. It can lift up to 750 pounds. Kaji is allowed 7 whips at this level.

This level of the whip has its most deadly ability it is mixed with acid (aka kaji’s blood) and will melt and tear flesh/bone/ or about anything into nothing.

Weakness: This abilty is based off the emotions of people and the more there are the stronger the whips are and the less chakra it takes. So this ability is only really good to use in either a large crowd or againts a person with very loose emotions.

However this ability is very corrupted in its nature and overuse of this technigue can cost dearly such as the users soul. So its limited to able to be used for 6 posts.

Description: Kaji can release his blood from his hands at will and the blood is acidic to anyone but kaji so it can burn through the persons flesh on touch. It however can be flung outwards from kaji by flicking his wrist so that the blood flys forward. It can fly up to 20 meters.

Weakness: The blood can be dodged fairly easily so it has to be well planned. Also kaji can not make his blood cells replicate so he must use chakra to speed up the process or he will get weak very quickly.

Description: At the cost of a A rank amount of chakra kaji’s pupils will become a satanic seal. This will allow him to self summon himself to any point in eyesight for the cost of a C rank amount of chakra.

Weakness: There is a 5 second interval inbetween each time this is used so only once per post. It can only be used a max of 10 post’s per thread. Is not meant for combat. and will not be used in combat unless for stealthy entrance or retreating.

Description: This is a version of the satanic whips its for when he needs them as a suprise hit. He sacrified there special abilties for the ability that he dosent have to touch them or even be near them. He make the whips appear almost out of any surface.

Weakness: This takes a lot of emotions or a lot of chakra either way its gonna cost a lot to do this and he can only make 5 in a 20 foot area. Its good for binding a enemy thats it as it dosent have that destructive power as the whips.

Description:Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin.

Weakness: This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Description:Using his own medical chakra Kaji can create a constant flow in wich he is healed of poision. When the poision enters the body instantly medical chakra will be placed into it and the chakra will begin to nullify it and make it into a harmless substance in the body.

Weakness: While this justsu is passive if kaji is using a different medical jutsu this jutsu is nullified.

Seishin jutsu's

Description: The user can enter the opponents mind literally being able to tamper with memories and such. They can not cause any damage to the brain but they can cause memories and events in the persons life to change.

Weakness: Must be at a close range, can only do this one time per thread and if the opoonent expirences pain while kaji is in there mind it will instantly deactivate.

Description: Kaji has the ability of being semi-mentally intuned. He can sense peoples minds and what they are feeling in a somewhat simple intent. He can also sense users of seishin jutsu's and when someone from far away is trying to use a seishin jutsu to get in contact with someone nearby. He can also determine different wavelengths of minds and can sometiimes distungish who someone is through there mind if its unigue enough.

Description: In this jutsu its very simple. By sending out a deep pitched whistle or a perfected snap that he has it will create a disruption in the brain wich will shutdown all motor and thought functions for up to 25 seconds.

Weakness: Kaji must be 2 feet away maximum and it is very weak the farther it is away so if its at the full 2 meters the time would be at about 5 second disruption.

Description: This is used in conjunction with Kaji's newest seal. The seal boosts seishin connections and easier to control and by having that seal kaji can take over a persons body for a set amount of time which can range from 20 - 30 minutes (4 post's)

This jutsu's secondary effect is that it can use residual brainwaves from a recently deceased person to control there body again for a set amount of time.

Weakness: This jutsu reguires constant flow of chakra and the placement of the seal to be able to work.

Description: This jutsu allows for complete control of the mind and mental abilities allowing for high or low use of the mind to control.(for anything i didnt make to be done) (im making this becuase im lazy)

Weakness:This ability has the basic weakness of seishin that if the person is hurt while the jutsu is being used it is canceled out. It also reguires a great amount of mental power and not very man can use this technigue to its full ability (only Hitoshi)
