Appearance:

Personality: Shinon is a sarcastic, self-interested man, only caring about things that concern him. Shinon is often described as self-absorbed and having a bad attitude, by most that meet him. He is intelligent and an excellent strategist. He views the world in a pessimistic manner. Often refusing to see the good in events or people. Shinon also, finds it hard to trust people because of his history.

History: Shinon is a member of the Hyuga Clan, but he is not aware of it. His mother, who married a member of the clan, ran away from the Leaf village when she was pregnant with him. Unbeknownst to the rest of the Hyuga clan, she was a spy from Kumo, wishing to obtain the bloodlines secrets. She was traveling to Kumo, when she went into labor. He was born in a small village, somewhere between the Leaf and Cloud Village.

His mother died after naming him Shinon, after her father. The village was a group of every variety of people, some not content with living in a large village and some who were hiding from the villages. He was raised by people of the village. They put a new meaning to "It takes a village to raise a child", Shinon was passed around throughout the village, spending weeks at a time with different people, until he was old enough to develop his own skills.

One man, Toraveru, took a liking to Shinon and taught him how to shoot a bow. It seems Shinon was a natural with the bow and eventually went hunting with the hunter group. Upon his first successful kill, he was given the name, "Rosuto Eshaku".
He was adopted by Toraveru, who explained to him what the new name significance was. In this village giving a person a second name, was a sign that they could contribute to the village and therefore were considered an adult. Toraveru told Shinon that his second name meant Lost Bowman. Something that Shinon found amusing given his history.

Given his new status Shinon learned of a new side of the village. He learned exactly what everyone was and what they brought to the village, instead of the glossed over explanation he received in younger years. He befriended a ninja, who taught him some skills he possessed along with several that would enhanced Shinon's archery. Shinon also,learned of the village council, a group of ninja seeking to use the rest of the villagers as cannon fodder for an attempted attack on the village. Shinon had lived in this village for his whole life and he cared for these people.

He could not stand for their plan, he did not wish to see the villagers be destroyed. He told Toraveru of the plan he had discovered. Toraveru told Shinon that he would take care of it and that after it was taken care of, Shinon should meet him at the village gate.

Shinon gathered his bow and arrows not sure if he should take it or not, but he figured it would be better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. He arrived at the village gate, only to find that all the council was there. Toraveru was there, with them and he seemed to act as their leader.

Shinon was crushed, the person who had taught him the most important skill he knew. The person he trusted the most was going to destroy everyone he cared about. Luckily however, they failed to notice him standing there, and he managed to escape. He tried to warn everyone in the village, but they would not listen.

Eventually, the council learned of his attempts to warn the villagers, and found him. They were going to kill him, to prevent the uncovering of their plan. They were after him that much he knew, but he wasn't going to go out without a fight. He prepared several traps, and hid. The council found him, intent on killing him and he fought. However, they were much more skilled than he was and he could not fight them off. So he ran. They chased him out of the village and into the forest surrounding, but he managed to hid from them escape their notice. He know wanders the world, with his bow, searching for ways to better himself, so that one day he can come back and at the very least kill his teacher. After wandering for some time he decided to make his home in the sand village, hoping that he would be able learn things to help him complete his goals.
