Personality:Luutiont is very out going and talks to every one he sees.he is also very cocky and thinks he knows exactly whats going to happen.but he is also cool and confident that he will win and do well.
History:When luutiont was a boy his parents where not home often.so h trained all the tim mostly on is genjutsu and summing and favored the serpent and seal.And he was very interested in bats.he did allot of research on bats and he one day hoped to be known as Luutiont the bat sage

He learned his basic ninja skills as in shadow clone substation and transformation in the ninja academy.but soon after he stopped paying attention and has Ben there for 3 years and still has not passed.he was very cool wit the lady's they followed him every where so when ever he was alone he practiced his jutsu and trained chakra control.

his parents where always on missions so he had alot of free time in witch he used to practice his summoning jutsu.he was very skilled with the summoning jutsu when he was 10. and he mad a contract wit blind bats when he was 12. and trained with his bats and became very good in fighting other shinobi with them.

"Luutinoit acts like ... when he is up against enemies..."

"Luutiont acts like ... when he is around the Mizukage..."

Stuff like that.
