Description: Kouza is able to infuse clouds with his chakras. This allows his to appear to ride on clouds when, in actuality, he his riding on his own chakra. He can take part of or the whole cloud and make it tangible. He is also able to control the cloud. He can use this on multiple sources (i.e. more than one cloud).

Weakness: He can't make clouds. So, if there are no clouds he can't use this ability. Also, mist cannot be used with this ability.

Clouds are little drops of water, or frozen crystals, suspended in the atmosphere.
Controlling little water droplets and ice is basically like Hyoton.

But i just want to ride on the clouds!

You'd be riding on ice if it were solified, making it no longer a cloud.

Not solidified, you'd fall straight through cause it's just a whole bunch of water droplets and pieces of ice crystals.
