Although the picture shows two black connected hands, the true appearance is quite different from the image. The hands are rather slim and are covered with a blue chakra. This is because Nii and Jirobo both have their own individual chakra, Nii's being red in color and Jirobo's being blue.

Description: Due to these hands belonging to Jirobo, Nii wouldnt need blood to summon them. Instead it would rather become an automatic appearance. Nii will be able to bring forth two large earthly hands which would appear to be connected to his back. He can use these hands for strong defensive purposes. Once in use, the hands would swing in front of Nii and lock together, protecting him from almost any physical attack. Nii can also use them for offensive purposes as well. The hands are capable of of swinging back and forth, causing a strong current of wind to be created in the process. They can also be used to grab the opponent, crushing them while inside of the fist.

Weakness: This summoning is quite different from his Gedou Harite summoning. These hands happen to belong to Jirobo (Nii's Sealed Tengu). Due to these large hands, Nii's speed would greatly decrease. Another weakness of this summoning is that while using the hands, Jirobo would not be able to use the Tengu movement. This is because his hands are already connected to the outside world and are no longer inside of Nii. All of Jirobo's body parts must be located inside of Nii for him to utilize the Tengu movement.

These hands seem pretty big, do they just poof into existence or form simular to Sasuke's hands?

They must be really strong to protect from almost any physical attack... That's going to need a rank and chakra to go behind it.

How strong is the current of wind compared to most wind techniques?

Since they belong to Ni's sealed Tengu, they would be able to appear rather fast.

Id rank this between A and B.

Not that strong compared to real Futon attacks. If I had to rank it, Id say the current is about a C.

Well, it should take an A Ranked amount of chakra up front at least to use.
