Description: Turns the users chakra to the collor green makeing it easyer to controll. and allows the user to see anyones chakra compacity. And when activated the user gets extra chakra controll and compacity. And allows the user to exert chakra into health

2.5 chakra 1/2 health
5.0 chakra full health
Also grants the user to use memium powered genjutsu

Weakness:This makes all of the users jutsu have a cooldown of 3 post and have ti charge for 1 post. that us all jutsu useing the green chakra.

Explain to me how this differs from Byakugan or Sharingan?

I dont see there chakra points only the amount of chakra they have like in big blobs of chakra

IT differs from byakugan becuse i do not see chakra points just the chakra running through there veins

IT differs from sharningon becuse i just see large masses of chakra
