Description: Crystallized chakra filters were developed by Amegakure researchers through years of experimentation. The final product is achieved through compressing both the chakra and heart of a ninja into a solid mass. This mass is charged with the original body’s dominate chakra element. This can then be implanted in a chakra channel to serve as a filter converting any chakra that runs through it into a recessive level elemental chakra. This facilitates Seigyokijutsu because these recessive chakras carry the ability to draw in elements in their natural state. This draw can then be controlled much like puppetry.

History: Amegakure developed these crystals for a soldier program. Mostly the subjects used for these experiments were Black ops ninja and captured enemy ninjas. The process of making these crystals was trial and error until finally an experiment found a way to make them in this low quality form. With a higher quality crystal It may be possible to be able to manipulate elements easier. After their creation however these crystals were developed into a tattoo that was placed on a child in an effort to engineer a Kekkei Genkai with the ability to use all five elements.
