Location: Hidden in an unknown location except to some

Description: A rather large machine, it will funnel the chakra of one or multiple sources and feeds it into another source. By it's functions, it is presumed to steal the chakra of a defeated enemy and transplant it into another. By absorbing the chakra of a live shinobi, his stolen chakra can then be used to amplify a jutsu of whoever it is feed into.
Owner: Because it is currently in the possession of the Akatsuki, it's owner is presumedly Mogi.

History: With a large scale plan in motion, the architect of this machine had it built to further their own plans. In the hands of the Akatsuki, it can be assumed that the architect is either among them or was killed for it. Either way, Mogi has taken possession of the machine for unknown purposes.
