It is kept within the home of the Dragons at all times. However, a high ranking Soragoei clan member can summon the contract for new signatures to be written.

Description:

The Soragoei Dragon Summoning contract is kept within a hidden location, with the colonies of dragons that live deep in the storm ravaged mountains of Kumogakure. However, the contract can be summoned and brought to one of two locations for new blood signatures to be written. The contract is very old, and has many, many signatures on it. Upon writing your signature in blood on the designated space for signatures on the contract, the Shinobi will be able to summon Dragons to fight on his/her behalf.

History:
The Summoning Contract was created by Kashikoi Soragoei, and the Dragons. The summoning contract was originally made so that Kashikoi could “legally” summon Dragons to help fight his enemies, along with his children. Eventually, all members of the Soragoei Clan who stuck to the ways of the Soragoei would write their signatures on this contract. Many of them today are no longer alive. At the age of twenty-one, a clan member is eligible to go through the ritual that allows them to summon the contract.

Appearance:

A large, golden colored scroll, with lots and lots of text, and drawings inside. At the end of the scroll, there is a lot of space for signatures to be made. The scroll is held up by a red pipe held up by two red stands, similar to a roll of toilet paper.
