Ataru's future jutsu's

These two jutsu’s will be slowly unraveled by Ataru over the course of of over 5 role play threads. He'll only be actually learning them after that, as he puts together the idea of them. In short, he’s not learning these for a LONG time. He won’t be gaining the Flying Dragon Heavenly Ascension Wave at all until after he’s become a chunin.

Description: By removing almost all emotion from them, the user Chills their chakra. This causes the air around them to drop in temperature about 10 degrees, and makes them immune to cold. It also blocks weaker fire based attacks, and lessens the blows of stronger fire based attacks somewhat. The Soul of Ice is required to bring out the true power of the Flying Dragon Heavenly Ascension wave.
Weakness: While using the Soul of Ice, Ninjutsu is impossible.

Description: Jutsu’s don’t get much more complicated than this. To make it work, one must goad the opponent into getting angry, or into experiencing any other “hot” emotion. The chakra of the opponent will be “heated” by this emotion. Ataru must keep completely calm, cutting off all warm emotions temporarily, making his own chakra “cooled”. After this, unless they are giving off a truly stupendous amount of chakra, or have been throwing tons of ninjutsu around while hot, Ataru must goad the opponent into following him in the pattern of a spiral, blocking and dodging attacks all the while. The natural heat of Ataru’s opponent, mixed with the natural cool of Ataru’s chakra, creates a chain reaction, and at the center of the spiral, Ataru sends a Heavenly Missile straight up, through his opponents aura. The two charka’s merge to power it, and since it is naturally Ataru’s, it becomes ice cold, and uses the opponents chakra as fuel to grow strong. As such, this jutsu is stronger depending on the strength of the opponent. Instead of being a simple drill like missile, it becomes a massive, cold tornado which carries his opponent up into the air, battering them, chilling them, and cutting into their skin. In the cuts, frostbite is left. If the opponent is throwing off the stupendous amount of hot chakra (think the charging up bit for the inner gates three and four), or has been throwing off all the hot ninjutsu, Ataru does not need their partner ship in the spiral, and in the case of lotus, can actually forgo the spiral somewhat, simply circling them once while going in, then unleashing the uppercut. This move was actually designed to counter lotus, and similar moves. The Byakugen is required for the user to be able to make sure the chakra being given off is right. The ability to use the Heavenly Missile is also required. To bring out the full power of this technique, the user must have mastered the Soul of Ice.
Weakness: Is extremely difficult to set up, and is very draining on the stamina, despite the fact that it doesn’t take much chakra to pull off. It is also only works on those giving off hot chakra, and if the opponents chakra is cooled, it will fail, and leave Ataru open. Also, if Ataru fails in having the soul of Ice on while using it on stronger opponents, the attack can turn on him, damaging him as well.

Description: The user throws a hundred strikes of their style at their opponent, in about 1.5 seconds. Not only this, but with each blow the user knows full well where on his opponent their hands are, making this an even greater defensive technique for parrying incoming attacks. Learning this technique also means that a person is able to use other hand techniques much faster than normal, and keep going with them longer than normal. For a style like Jyuuken, which only uses hand strikes, this is extremely useful.
Weakness: Using this technique multiple times will tire out the user very rapidly.The Training is EXTREMELY difficult, having to train your hand speed by grabbing roasting chestnuts out of a fire. The training goes on until the user can do this fast enough that they don't get burned.
