History: F.E.A.R was created by Osamu for those who have been forsaken by someone or some village/country. Their base is located in the Bird Country and right now they have taken over the Bird Country. Their history is short and brief but Osamu is looking to build on that. Anyone in F.E.A.R can be spotted by their clothing or a tattoo of a skull anywhere on the body that has Red letters that speel out F.E.A.R
