Positive Effects: This seal allows for 2 effects to be done one is simple and one is a large effect. However the first minimal effect is that it can store Mizo’s water based chakra inside of it. It stores 15% on normal but can hold up to a max of 20%.

The first effect and it cost 2% of the stored chakra is the ability to create either a set of claws or a blade made of water that will pop out from the hand. The water can be frozen or left as water. It has enough power to tear through flest with ease and even slice bone in half. If you want it to be ice it takes 2% more chakra since it has to freeze the water. It takes 1% of chakra to maintain so these can be kept going for a while.

The final effect is the abilite to change his entire sturcture into water (Much like suigetsu) and be able to break down into a puddle or move through the air. However it takes 10% of the chakra to do the change. However the maxiumum stay time in this is 2 post’s as it takes 5% of the seals chakra a post to maintain the form.
Negative Effects: The seals negative effects are very simple. In the standby form it will sap at mizo’s chakra slowly to recharge itself. So really it will make mizo have 95% of his chakra at all times and 20% of his max stored in the seal.

He can not use the chakra thats in the seal unless to use the abilites of the seal. However using the secondary ability he becomes suspectiable to lightning abilities. They do a lot more damage why its being used. However when they also come out of the water form they will expirence extreme nausia (Wont vomit but nausea)
Transformation Effect:
When the seal is in effect it will let off a slight shimmer.

When the secondary effect is in place Mizo’s entire body will shimmer.
