The Creed

Organization Name: The Creed
Leader: Kyouken Shikyo
Members(How Many): A number of over 1000 (half of them are assassin's while the other half are orphans, wanderers, stray men and women from different villages and so forth)
History: The Creed, created over 115 years ago during the reign of Mizukage Kyouken. During this time, there was another shinobi war present since the boundaries and treaties of two villages were broken and the water country had to take sides. Kyouken, being one of neutrality did not decide to take on sides, he decided to make his own war force in order to counterattack both sides of the group, so he created the first Creed. This creed, built on men and women from all over the world for one common goal: To assassinated, to track, to stay silent and to blend into life and the shadows. Kyouken also installed his Shikyo clan members into the Creed so that they can not only train with Kyouken's elite but to also teach shinobi but magicans as well. Those who were apart of the magican war were left homeless and without a leader. Kyouken took into his consideration into watching them into his own eyes and train them the ways of the assassin.

After the shinobi war, the countries began to establish themselve economically and Kyouken retired, the mizukage after him decided that The Creed would have to be disbanned. Kyouken, taking the facts that alot of these men and women assassin's were not apart of Kirigakure no sato so Kyouken establish a large headquaters on the outskirts of water country. There, Kyouken continued to train the assassins and recruit more and more men and women, hiding away from this Mizukage's presence of the organization. Shortly after this, eighty years before the current plot. Kyouken notice that there were alot of men and women but a huge amount of children wondering around on dead or ghost town villages that were affected by war. Kyouken seeing that this is one of the ways to repent for his sins decided to have large ships travel to and from the mainland to water country in secret so that the organization can also become a orphange as well.

Over the next eighty years, the organization itself almost became a small village, due to the size of the amount of people who join and due to men, women, children, shinobi, magicans and assassin's who reside in there ranks, Kyouken continue to expand even till this day. He had to send much of the assassin's into Kirigakure in order for him not to expand any further, otherwise Kirigakure would have to induced them as a threat. What the Mizukage does not know is that Kyouken is doing this for not only economic profit and building up a strong miltary, Kyouken had to watch the Mizukage as well just like the Mizukage is trying to watch Kyouken's action.
