Name: Shadow step technique

Description: The users body is lightly covered in an aura of chakra. The aura is meant to stablize the molecules around them to prevent vibrations and thus sound. While this technique is active, the users body will make no noise when interacting with the world around him. And can thus walk and other simple tasks, silently.

Description: The user can literally build up chakra within the base of their feet. Upon coming to unsolid ground, or no ground at all, it is possible for the user to shape this chakra to make artificial ground to walk on that is released under the soul of the foot. The result is that the user may walk on air for two or three strides; enough to catch themselves if cause by a pitfall, or run over long gaps. It is also possible to jump in mid air, known commonly as a 'second jump'.

The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. This prevents the opponent from using any form of technique that he does not have a specialty for. It downgrades the rank of jutsu that they would normally be able to use.
Where Genin would normally be allowed 'C' rank techniques, they are now restricted to 'D' rank.
Where Chunnin would normally be allowed 'B' rank techniques, they are now restricted to 'C' rank.
Where Jounin would normally be allowed 'A' rank techniques, they are now restricted to 'B' rank.
As a result, 'S' rank techniques become impossible to form by any rank. The effect lasts for either the length of the thread or for as long as the owner of the Reidomegan remains in the thread.

Once used, the opponent will go blind for the remainder of the thread or for as long as the caster is alive or in the thread. As a result of using this technique, the Reidonmegan will become inactive for the remainder of the thread and any of it's existing effect nullified with the exception of the effect of this jutsu. Should the blinding effect somehow be lifted, the Reidomegan will be allowed to be re-activated.

Description This jutsu uses strings of chakra to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra strings can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. Both Chiyo and Sasori demonstrated the ability to control entire puppets perfectly using just one string. While most puppeteers would normally be able to control ten puppets at most (one per finger), Sasori's self-modification allowed him to control up to one hundred puppets at a time.

Apart from being used to control marionettes, the chakra strings can be attached to other objects, allowing the user to control, or at the very least disrupt, other things. In one instance, Kankuro uses chakra strings to trip Naruto Uzumaki when they first meet. In another, Chiyo uses chakra strings to control a person like a puppet.

This technique has few weaknesses: since the puppeteer uses his or her hands to manipulate the puppets, if the hands are disabled, then the technique could be neutralized. Also, while controlling the doll, the user is wide open if the opponent bypasses the puppet. For this reason, puppeteers avoid battle, relying almost exclusively on their puppets instead.

Otherwise, the users voice will be projecte through the puppet, creating the illusion that the puppet is speaking. This will be obviously a trick however, if the puppet doesn't necessarily have a mouth.

Description One becomes intuned with his own skin. though used for the sense of touch, it becomes possible to control many aspects of the skin. One can control amounts of persperation, or even perspire substances other than water though pores. It becomes possibly to alter the sense of 'touch' or even make it so that sensations are more or less sensitive to aspects such as temperature, vibrations, texture, etc., It becomes possible to increase the density of ones skin to make them increadibly tough, or make ones skin extraordinarily elastic, to take displace powerful blunt objects. It becomes possible to alter the specific heat of 'skin'. By increasing it, ones skin can become fire tardent, and will not burn. On top of that, it becomes possible to heal the skin and skin cells by sending a steady flow of chakra to the area.

Description If one is by some means poisoned, either via chakra or physically, the body quickly forms enzymes to break the poision down and releases them into the blood stream. When the poison is successfully removed, the enzymes are also broken down into protiens and returned to the body, allowing for fast neutralization of alomst any toxin and foriegn agent, essencially giving one immunity to any and all posions. However, S-ranked poisons that move too quickly to be countered will still work.

Ones chakra can act as a filter for breathing, keeping harmful airborn substances and annoyances from entering the bloodstream from the lungs. One can also regulate temperature, for if breathing in climate demanding conditions. Ones lungs/throat will be effected by extremes in temperature. It also becomes possible to breathe at all for extended periods of time by recycling gases through the body in the opposite effect of normal anarobic breathing. However, it is impossible to do anything physically demanding whilst ones breathe is at a stand still.

They can remain in the state of comatos for as long as they need, without having to eat, drink etc.,

Description This is an 'S' level supplementary effect. Ones medical chakra is so proffecient that any and all wounds are healed within moments of the wounds emergence including vital organs and limbs. It be comes possible to survive any and all mortal wounds with the exception of blows to the head. Wounds accumulated are healed the very next post (must be at least posted and stated) making complete mutilation of the body, or removal/ damage to the head or brain the only perminantly dangerous physical threat.
Weakness Healing self does however take alot of chakra, thus with limited chakra this effect no longer works.

Description With this techique, at the cost of a human life, one can create a perfect, but mindless, clone of themselves. The clone works on an 'order by order' basis, and thus it would need to be constantly told what to do in order to function on a reasonable basis. However, any orders given will be followed and obeyed to the letter. Once the clone is made, there is literally no way of telling the clone apart from the original. The clone can also use any of the jutsu of the original, but are restricted to the chakra limit of the person used to create the clone. If a genin was used for the technique, they would be restricted to 'C' rank and down jutsu, etc.,
Weakness Requires human sacrifice to use, takes five posts to accomplish from start to finish.

Description This is a powerful Seal that can be placed upon the back of the neck of living things. Those who place the seal upon the target can then transfer their chakra to them from anywhere, giving them a boost and replenishing them at the cost of their own chakra. However, the user could also control the one with the seal at will, if they so see fit to do so, with their chakra. Finally, one could also completely transfer their mind along with their chakra, into the body of the one with the seal, taking their body over perminantly, and sealing their mind and chakra into the seal.
WeaknessRequires 50% of the users chakra, can only be used on willinging repcipiance.

Should the opponent attempt to use techniques other than Weaponry and/or Taijutsu, their chakra will be sealed, paralysing them in place and causing them to double over in pain. Though the placing of this seal is only 'C' rank in orgin, to create an area of effect, one must have at least three seals present. The seals, if physically damaged, will become null.
Weakness If two or less seals are present, the effect of this technique will be null.

Description The user will form five hand signs before pressing their hands to the ground. From the gorund immediatly infront of them will rise a tombstone looking granite slab with the seal upon the enscription. As long as the granite slab exists, no jutsu with elements can be cast within a 200meter radius . Any attepts to do so will simply fail. The only way to lift such an effect is to destroy the granite slab. The slab itself cannot be destroyed by anything under a B ranked technique, and brute force alone won't be able to break the granite tombstone slab.
Weakness If the slab is destroyed, the effect becomes null, only possible to use once per thread.

Description With this seal, one can press the seal to some area of a dead body, or inanimate object. With it, he can give the object, usually humanoid, a temporary chakra system of its own. One can then apply chakra to the seal itself to temporarily bring the object to life, even giving it's own personality and a fraction of the intelligence of the one who placed the seal. The user can place up to 40% of their chakra into seal. Should the inanimate object run out of chakra, they will loose their life, falling limp in a state of stasis. However, chakra can be applied to the obeject once again via the seal, to give the object life once more, with the same characteristics as before. If the original seal is destroyed, or harmed, the seal is broken and the object will perminantly die. The creator of the seal can also cut off the object from it's chakra, disabling it temperarily.
Weakness Requires 50% of the users chakra. To be user twice would retire ones chakra and render them unable to use chakra for the rest of the thread.

Name Rise of the Skeleton Pheonix Seal

Description The opponent will form ten hand signs before pressing their hand to the ground below them, branding the ground if the seal. The seal will absorb a portion of the power any jutsu used, with the exception of taijutsu and weaponry techniques. Each technique used will result in about 3% of ones total chakra. At anytime, the user can release the seal and recover any and all chakra absorbed by the seal.

Description With this seal, one can lock the targets elemental jutsu via touch, while at the same time increasing their strength and speed by 25%. This effect will last for five posts before the seal itself breaks. It can also only be used once per thread length. Any number of targets, living or not, can be used for this technique. As a secondary effect, by placing this seal on a summoned animal, the animal itself will be 'unsummoned', returning to whereever it was summoned from by breaking the space/time seal of the summon contract.
Weakness Must be able to touch opponent to cast technique.

By placing it upon ones body their chakra becomes impossible to track, and ones chakra system will be unable to be seen by those with abilities such as and comparable to the Byakugan or Sharingan. If this seal is placed upon a wall or structure, it will become impossible to sense chakra through such buildings, thus by placing a seal upon all the surfaces of a building, one will be completely unaware as to how many people are inside, how powerful they are, etc., At least via chakra sensing.
Weakness Must have the tag on the surface or on the person otherwise technique becomes null.


Taijutsu-
Name: Harmonious movement

Description: The Harmonious movement Taijutsu style is based on the principles of waves that many things in out atmosphere naturally depend on. There are three different forms of movement involved in the Harmonious movement styles, all of which based upon similar properties of natural occurrences, thus being a very efficient form of Taijutsu. Because of the natural flowing form of the Taijutsu, it's attack's aren't necessarily named and can be used with any variety of weapon, or simply hand to hand combat:

Harmonious Osculation- The idea of movement of circles preserving energy and momentum is the premise of the first type of Harmonious movement. The user most likely plants a pivot foot and uses it as a center point from which each attack is spawn from, spinning about the pivot foot. Combo's are easily stacked, however pauses in the motion force the user to re-establish a pivot foot for the pivot foot to move about. Also, because the user turns rapidly, they must also be able to re-establish their next attack. This causes for the user of this style to be able to think ahead in an algorithm of planting a pivot foot, turning, attacking, repeatedly, for the most efficient movement, and combo stacking potential.

Pendulum Dynamics- Exchanges in kinetic and potential energy are the corner stone of this form of movement. This is a series of setting and resetting attacks, meaning a retracted fist followed by a form of arcing hay-maker punch, or a foot extended backward before following through with a powerful strike. While the pivot foot is still used as a center, this more direct form of taijutsu has much more range, and much more risk-reward potential. This energy is then used to either repel of counter by moving immediately into one of the more offensive styles. Description This style of combat focuses on simple physical attacks displaying incredible strength. Description This style of combat is used to effectivly counter another who attack them. By dodging in and out of attacks, one can wait until the opponent uses a rather weak attack. The user would then move into the blow, taking the weaker hit only to counter the opponent with a more powerful blow of their own when they are open. The optimum situation would leave the user with minimal damage while the opponent takes a critical blow, however if miss timed, one can take an unnecessarily hard blow to the body, thus Mastery and Timing are key.

Description This is a taijutsu technique used to disarm and steal the weapons of the opponent. The user will wait for the opponent to attack and intercept the blunt areas of the weapon with their palms. Then, after stopping momentum they will either jerk forward or back, disarming them, the user can then withdraw, successfully removing the weapon from the opponent. An example of this technique was when Might Gui faught the fake Kisame, quickly moving in and stealing Samehada.

Description: Focusing ones chakra into physical energy, they can greatly increase their own speed adding vast amounts of momentum to a blow. One can deliver a punch, then successfully run behind the opponent to deliver the next blow, stunninging the with a speeding combo from all angles. Can also be used to block a quick succession of attacks, evade, dodge, or flee. It is known as whistling motion because ones body moving through the air around it generates a whistling noise.
Weakness: Requires alot of chakra if maintained, about 5% per post after original usage. One can theoetically spend 20 Posts moving at high speeds but will be limited to taijutsu only.

Description The Reaper Fist technique is a form of assassinary Taijutsu. The user will deliver a bruising punch to an area of opponents body, then if they are able to successfully hit the bruised flesh, the can cause massive internal bleeding. A third hit to the same spot will most likely result in death and the fourth is guarenteed death. If delivered as a combo, the opponent's heart will most likely explode from the extreme trauma.
WeaknessRequires multiple hits on the same area.
