As the News anchor fades out we see a small base in the middle of a forest and another woman appears on screen holding a microphone.

From the depths of the criminal world a group has surfaced into the daylight. There isn’t much information on the group as of yet except there one basic goal. To destroy the ninja villages and cause as much havoc as possible. For all that is known there is only a single group and not branches and it has a leader and it seems if you eliminate the leader the attacks will end. Each village is advised to be on high alert....

After that it suddenly cuts out and the T.V. is left blank...

As the anchor pops back on the screen she states "We will watch these events as they unfold."

I read up on Mitsukai. That's just body guards. Neo-Akatsuki is an evil organization, so it's reasonable to think this could have been their doing.

Mitsukai is so much more than just body guards as you will find out very very soon.
