Seals Name: Seal of truth. Name came from seals effect of dispelling genjutsu and revealing what's real

Location of the seal on the body: on right side of neck
Positive Effects: When wearer runs chakra through the seal, it instantly (for a moment) closes all desired chakra holes, stops chakra flow there and then restarts it. This is done to return chakra flow into balanced stage in a needed area. If chakra is stopped in brains sensing centers, user can stop genjutsu effect.
Negative Effects: at the moment of stabilizing wearer isnt recommended to use any techniques because some of his chakra holes are closed.
Transformation Effect: only one stage that activetes when wearer runs chakra through it.
Seal Info: when not activeted seal stores chakra inside it, so wearer is able to use it for his purposes.
Max stored = 100% wearers chakra, after that it takes form of blossom.

Location of the seal on the body: in left palm
Positive Effects: once seal is activated, it absorbs what the hand touches into another dimension (it cant be living thing).
Negative Effects: Seals activation shocks wearers mind, when incredible amount of information (about what is being absorbed) is passing through his brain.
Transformation Effect: only one release stage.
Seal Info: This seal is also a marker in this dimension, which allows user to summon absorbed item back to the seal, when needed.

Seals Name: Sei seal.

Appearance: Kanji - Sei (meaning sacrifice)
Location of the seal on the body: in right palm
Positive Effects: Increases chakra control and chakra regeneration.
Negative Effects: Weakens wearers body regeneration, which can lead to death, if user is enough injured. Also, constantly couses internal damage.
Transformation Effect: This seal has two stages. When first stage is activated said positive and negative effects appear, also allows wearer to use certain Medical technique. When second stage is activated wearers right arm up to elbow becomes cristal like granting him ability to absorb and seal inside chakra out of anything living. Later that chakra can by used for superb healing technique (also used with that arm). While second stage is activate, crystal arm deals damage to it's nerve system, as well as it's blood circulation system parts. This effect doesn't feel as long as arm is crystalyzed, but when seal is deactivated, arm can begin to badly bleed (internally or no), or user may lose control of it for some time or forever; this depend on how much time second stage was active. (bleed 1-2posts, bleed and lose control for whole topic 3-4posts, lose control forever 5+posts)
Seal Info: This seal also serves as channel for phoenix energy used for some of Yousei's medical ninjutsu.

The first seal is a no, due to the fact that once you run out of chakra then completely close it all up, even for that brief moment, your body will completely shut down due to the fact that you used mostly all (if not all) your chakra. Your body would subcome to the affects of chakra lossage or more likely you would die (depending on whether the opponent done a number of damage to your body as well or the variable of how much chakra you used on attacks).

The Third Seal, if its an A rank, then it shoud do more that weaken down the body a bit. If its constant regeneration then your body would do more than just alittle wear and tear, it would seriously do something to you. The crystal arm thing, I can understand that cause its a seal but dont try to take a little weakness, if its an A-rank type of seal then it should have an A-rank type of weakness, not a C or D-rank type cause a bit of damage to the body internally sounds like something you have if you have a C-rank type of seal
