Description: Utilizing chakra the user sends a chakra blast through either sound waves or contact with the opponent sending a disrupting stimulus through the opponents nervous system affecting the brains motor functions shutting down the users choice of either their ability to speak, hear, or see. The kekkei genkai specifically targets the nervous system by utilizing chakra distubance which are lighting based to send electric stimuli through either the users or opponents body. This also allows the user to store X amount of dormant chakra within their nevous system by linning it with a small amount of chakra around the cells axon or within the necleus of a nerve cell, this allows for the chakra to give a quick jolt of stimulus when activated and can be done on either his own system or his opponents. Using chakra in this way the user can highten their own hearing vision or vocals.

Weakness: The user can only effect one of the three senses targetable at once and the effect is not long term, can only last about ten minutes depending on his opponents system (usually determined by size or age).

Well this seems fine since its a mix of sound/lightning the main affects will be seen in the jutsu's that involve this so its approved.
