Description:

The first Level of the Shinchogan

The first stage of the dojutsu is brought out at around the age of 7. Unlike most other dojutsu’s it remains active once it is realized. It will destroy all ‘normal’ vision making them essentially blind. However there vision is changed to that of more scanning for living things. They can see life forces meaning they can see someones life force and how long they will live. However at this level of the shinchogan there level of eyesight to read it and see it is very limited. They are limited to only the area of a room or 8 feet around them if there in a open area.

However another perk with this eye is that it allows for there chakra to be transofrmed when it is active into a plasma based element. Its slightly like how Fire is hot and the uncontrllability of the Lightning element. However it is limited to an orb at this Level.

The second Level of the Shinchogan
This second stage allows for all the abilites of the first stage and this will come to the person when they have proven they can be truthful in a situation that will harm someone they trust. There abilites are then amplified and there abilites to see life forces grows and they can see through walls as thick as 3 feet and see them up to 30 feet away. It also invokes somewhat of a mood ring effect on peoples bodies meaning that using this eye they can look directly at someone and come off with one of the basic emotions that are going through there mind currently. Blue = sadness, Green = jealousy, Red = anger, and pink = lust/love.

There plasma ability grows when this eye is achieved. Now the user has the ability to swerve the energy about in more fluid like motions, making it move more quickly as well. The movements are smoother, quicker, and easier to use in battle now. They can now form things like shuriken, kunai, other weaponry, swords, plasma dense energy spheres, etc.

-Triple Tomoe Shinchogan

The Third level of the Shinchogan
This level is brought on by finally changing someones emotional disposition meaning they will bring someone from a emotional depression to a happy disposition of sorts. This level allows the user to see life forces up to 50 feet away and it will finnally allow them to regain there normal vision by allowing them the ability to turn it off. The final boost of this eye is that it allows the user the ability of slowly bringing out changes in emotions by a sense of hiddne clan jutsu’s of emotinal manipulation. (Limited to Happiness, Sadness, Jealousy, Anger, and Lust/Love)

There plasma abilties grow even further and they have a complete mastery with it at this level. They can control it with a flick of the wrists and move it around with at a majorly ADEPT level with there eyes. This abiltie becomes so powerful that they cna even after a training session (Solo rp) They might be able to gain the ability to change there entire body into a plasmaish substance that holds all the abilites of there plasma.

-The Arisama Shinchogan

The Hidden level of the eye
This eye is only able to be unlocked when the wielder killed someone out of the pureness of there heart to end there suffering. With this eye the user is able to use there emotion reading and there life force reading to lightly glance forward into the future to see the opponents next movement (Not how there going to attack) by reading there emotions and using the life force to create a forward image of what will most likely happen.

This ability comes with no boost to there plasma based jutsu’s.

-The Kenstutsu Shinchogan

Weakness:

This Bloodline essentially means the user is blind from usally age 7 till whenever they realize the third form of the dojutsu. Meaning they will have a hard time moving around.

Genin - Can only realize up to Level one

Chunnin - Realize up to Level Two

Jonin -Realize up to Level three

S -ranks - Can realize all forms

Since the dojutsu is always active they can not use strenuous chakra releases at once because of the constant minimal drain and upkeep from the bloodline. This makes it so they can only use 4 C-rank technigues per thread as Genin. At chunnin 3 B-rank jutsu’s. After that they are free from it since they will usally realize the 3rd state of the eye.

Now the plasma is usally very hot and unstable. Untill chunnin rank there will be some anomalies in the way that it can cause burns and extreme damage to the users body if used incorrectly. Burns, Muscle damage, and complete death if possible to imagine that.

Also by seeing a person emotions if someone is so strongly coated in a emotion they can even themselves be affected by the emotions. This can cause a strange mood swing wich means they will lose 15% of there chakra to there eye to try and regulate the emotions.

They can not take a recessive element.
