History: Basil is from the rain village. He lived with his mother and father in poor conditions and most of the time trained to waste the endless hours. Basil would usually do work around the village to earn money for food and medicine for his parents.
At the age of eleven Basil was allowed to do missions for his village allowing him to gain more money for his family. Basil moved into the leaf vilage on his own at the age of thirteen to earn more money as he continues to work and send money to hs parents monthly. Basil eventually plans on bringing his parents to the leaf village to live with him. Two years after moving to the leaf village Basil aquired a habit of depending to much on money and believes that money is the most important thing in the world second only to family.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
