Rocky Ban-Ban

Summoned Creature or Item: Rocky Ban-Ban the Alaskan Penguin

Appearance: He's a small creature that is about two feet high and weighs around eighty pounds. He has a pudgy build and has heavy, metallic wings. The metallic wings are made of liquid metal that he can manipulate. His quicksilver-like arms are normally as tough as any metal when he is using his Ice ninjustu. He is black on the back, head and legs, white on the belly and chin and he has blue zig-zags in a hawaiian pattern. His arms are all black Rocky always wears sunglasses, whether it's dark or bright outside. His glasses are black with blue horizontal lines at the arms. Due to the material in his arms he can change the shape, freeze it in place, or release the ice and allow it to be liquid. He can generate a near infinite amount of metal from his arms.

Description: Rocky Ban-Ban controls the elements of Wind, Water and Ice. He is one of the many Ice manipulating summons outside of the Naruto world. Rocky wasn't born in the Ninja world. He was born in the polar icecaps, but some mishap happened and his egg was found by a large whale. Managing to keep his egg warm for the entirety of the gestation period Rocky Ban-Ban was born by his whale mother. They had been in the middle of traveling their seasonal travel from one sea to the other when his mother told him that he wouldn't make it living in the waters all the time. Rocky was a land dweller, despite his keen skills while in the water. Rocky knew this too and he and his mother parted ways in Alaska. It were here that Rocky learned how to manipulate the elements. But, Rocky wasn't the only one here. Rocky was founded by a very strange human that wore white. The man managed to capture Rocky and he performed horrible tests on Rocky. But, Rocky managed to get away when Wolverine broke down the facility. Rocky, now having arms that were always liquid in temperatures above -30 degrees managed to learn how to cool his arms so they would remain a solid. That was how he truly mastered his elemental manipulation over Water, Air and Ice. Rocky was the ultimate penguin that pulled in all the birds with his super fly surfing prowess and amazing frosty acrobatics. He was able to eject a large supply of water from his mouth, create massive cold winds, and use both together to conjure monsoons at will. He got a little carried away during a trip to the Orleans in August of '05. Due to this horrible mistake, Rocky was kicked out of America in secret and he fled to the world of Naruto.

On his trip to the world of Naruto where he met the Kaiyaku and made a contract verbally. Ever since he has served the family of the Hawk Style with a little Penguin Martial Arts. He has been around for a few decades now and he has become one of the strongest animals of the ice element.

OH OH! He FLIES too! Flies amazingly!

Weakness: Not fire. He's too chill to ever be burned. Lightning is his weakness, due to the ice ever charged on his arms and the metal under, he can be hurt mostly with lightning techniques. The problem is only hitting him with lightning before he manages to bust out a Air Technique. Rocky is susceptible to genjustu and he doesn't wield any weapons. He has a mad craving for fish and he is extremely corruptible. If you could swing him a good enough deal, he may even side with his enemy.
