Description: vampire sight dose 5 things
1:you can look around croners from about 50 feet away but you see in tunnle vision makeing it hard to desifer what is happening
2:vampire sight lets you zoom in as far as 30 feet. but you can only see whit tunle vision and if you zoom in to fast you get a headache and you can zoom in far enough as to see what type of material something is made of
3:vampire sight lets you see someones chakra being molded into a jutsu before they use it
4:vampire sight sees chakra not in chakra points like byakugon but in big blobs of chakra this is vampire sights weakist skill it lets u see chakra if it is comeing at u with like grand fireball or something but when useing this you do not see jutsu only chakra witch can be a disadvantige yuo can see the amound of chakra someone has and the element of chakra someone has
5:Vampire sight allows the user to minipulate blood. By pushing there chakra into the blood. By doing so the user can move the blood around and use it for Blood jutsu. Note that the user can not create the blood they have to use there blood or someone elses blood. Luutiont uses the blood like useing water in water techniques. He can also turn drops of blood that he has Mixed his chakra with into senbon needels. Luution also uses this ability to heal injuries. (I will go into more detail about what I can do when i create my blood techniques.)


Weakness: you cant turn it on and off in witch case u get all of the downfalls of this jutsu not being able to see jutsu in picture only seeing blobs of chakra. Not beging able to create the blood haveing to use there own blood or someone elses
NOTE: Luutiont only has this in one eye

Scratch out the E rank and add in D-A

In my opinion, all of those abilities at once just like that would be a bit OP. Just make it so that you can have one ability with each rank up, makes sense?
