Appearance: By appearance, this dangerous ninja looks little different than most ordinary Roscin Chunnin or Jounin from Kumo. Standing at roughly six feet tall, Neirou looks to be of average build, his skin perhaps slightly paler than most. Topping his head is the typical Roscin hair: short, white, and spiked, lacking a rotation or a spiral that most ninja have. He has blue eyes, and a usual expression that can vary from solemn and focused to an insane smile.

Other than that, he wears the typical Roscin Chakra armour (see below) as well as the other Roscin equipment listed. He wears boots with high traction, and black gloves over both hands, made of thin material with a leather pad on the inside of the gloves.

Personality: Isolated as he is, Neirou is surprisingly a talkative fellow... of course, most of the people he talks to are those he intends to kill. He is spiteful, wild, and condescending in comment, regardless if he is winning or losing.

Depending on the situation, Neirou likes to mess with people's minds, not with jutsu, but with simple words and suggestions. He can be good at these mindgames, and, unlike most, has an insane way of thinking himself, which can confuse certain types of ninja. *Coughs*

History: Neirou Roscin, a lost soul of bounded fate, began his life in Kumo, born to the typical Roscin family. As per custom, upon birth, his scalp was examined for proof of the bloodline that had been known to randomly skip out on generations. The doctor smiled, as this was not the case for this ninja: a true-blooded Roscin. With that decision, based solely on his skillset, his 'fate' was decided. Neirou was to become one of the proud Roscin ninja, standing with pride next to the others, as the dedicated front-line soldier to the village.

Due to his bloodline, marking his total inability to utilize genjutsu and most forms of ninjutsu, Neirou was enrolled with other Roscin to a special class of the Academy, as Kumo had recognized this bloodline as a valuable asset to the ninja force. It was here that Neirou was made to learn and train in the ways of the ninja, from code to battle style... at first, it was remotely interesting, but, after some time, he grew bored of it, and wanted out.

'Out' was an insult to the other Roscin, particularly the adults. He was scolded, reprimanded, and forced to go back into the classroom, day after day, month after month, year after year. As this inner feeling began to fester and be surpressed, he kept on in this life of silent anguish, until he graduated the Academy, at age 13, in the middle of his class. No will, no true accomplishment, he held a deed to a destiny that he never wanted or had the will to use. He had already had enough of this silly game at such a young age.

For the next couple years, he trained in silence. From this, his true genius finally came into fruition, succeeding in missions and becoming a Chunnin before he turned 14, becoming a Jounin at 16. Through all of this, he was silent, speaking only when he was spoken to. The Roscin clan finally praised him for his efforts. However... he didn't feel that anything he had accomplished meant anything.

He went through a short period of extreme reclusiveness, refusing to leave the abode of his apartment, as he prepared himself for... something. People, at this point, simply thought that Neirou was going through some personal dillemas, common for those who had a stressful life of a ninja. In a way, they were right, Neirou did have a dillema. It was whether to punish all of Kumo or just the Roscin for the way of war that was pushed upon him. Being a ninja was not his interest... no, this mindset pushed him too far over the edge. -in progress-
