Kumori's Items and Weapons

Name of Weapon or Item: Kumori's Pocket Watch

Location: Either kept inside of one of his Ninja packs, or in the pockets in his Flak jacket.

Description:
This piece of equipment is special, because it runs on batteries that are recharged with Chakra. The Pocket Watch has a few functions. One function is, obviously, its ability to tell time. Its second function is a timer, similar to a stop watch. It can work in either way, timing somebody, or recording how long something takes. The last function of this watch, and the only reason Kumori uses it, is its ability to cast Genjutsu Illusions. Using chakra fed to the watch from Kumori himself, at his command, he can press a button on the watch that begins a mysterious, chiming and bell sound, which normally goes on for about twenty seconds before stopping.

This Item's ability is to take the Genjutsu chakra of the user, Kumori, read it, and turn it into a sound, which can be used to cast a Genjutsu. The opponent must hear the sound for a little while in order for the Genjutsu to take effec, usually for five secondst. Avoiding it is as simple as covering your ears. However, Kumori will use this item with his Sharingan Genjutsu, meaning Genjutsu can be inflicted upon the enemy both through sound, and through looking at his eye. This would force his enemy to both cover their ears, and either close their eyes, or look away, greatly decreasing their Taijutsu ability.

History:
It is not exactly known how the man Kumori recieved this from managed to get this item, or even how the device was built. Chakra sensitive batteries, the ability to turn change normal Genjutsu chakra into sound are both unheard of technological enigmas. Kumori came upon the watch, and asked for the price of the ask. The price of the item was atrocious: it was almost at the value of gold. After asking why it was priced so high, Kumori was told it had special abilities, which allowed one to cast Genjutsu through the watch. There was only one in existence. Kumori tried to haggle the price down to an affordable price, but the merchant would not lower the price. Kumori responded by placing a Genjutsu under the man, holding him at the neck with a Kunai to his throat. He had little choice but to give it up at a more modest price. After paying the man, paying a much smaller amount of money than the man had marked as the price.

Appearance:
A palm sized pocket watch that is shaped like a skull. It has removable a chain attached to the back of it, which allowed it to be chained to something. The front of the watch is dark grey, while the back is black. The skull shaped marking has triangular jaws, with black likes marking its teeth, and black triangles making up its eyes. A small screen is below the bone jaws, which displays the time. There a few buttons below it, with japanese marks below them, telling the user what button does what.


Name of Weapon or Item: Kumori's Crossbow

Location: Kept sealed within a scroll.

Description:
Kumori's Crossbow is a custom weapon used by Kumori Uchiha. It is a long range weapon, equipped with a scope, with caps attached to the tops of the scope to prevent damage. The sights are extremely accurate, and can drop a target close to half a mile away. Crossbows are not very effective weapons compared to Real life Sniper Rifles. Snipers have more power, bullet penetration abilities, higher rate of fire, and more mobility. However, Crossbows are silent, compared to Sniper Rifles, which produce very loud bangs when shooting sub sonic to sonic speed bullets. Compared to normal Bow and Arrow, the arrow ammunition for the Crossbow is much smaller in size than normal arrows, only about five inches in length, they are more like darts than arrows. Crossbows fire by pulling back the reinforced bands made of various substances, sticking it behind a mechanism, loading the arrow on to a half pipe across the length of the Crossbow. By pulling the trigger, the mechanism will release, turning all the stored potential energy into kenetic energy, propelling the arrow at high speed.

The Crossbow is given literally perfect accuracy because of his Sharingan. In addition to already impressive marksmanship, Kumori possesses the Sharingan, allowing him to predict the next move of the enemy. Able to see where the enemy is going to go next, with pinpoint accuracy, and a scope on his Crossbow, Kumori will hit his target ninety-nine percent of the time. The arrows are small in length, with narrow arrowheads, and fins at the ends to stabilize them in flight. The arrows can be dipped in deadly poison, making even a small wound lethal, if the enemy can somehow avoid a fatal strike. Just a tidbit, the tip of the Crossbow has a grip for the foot, which the ninja will use help reload the weapon.

History:
Kumori had been using this kind of ranged weapon since he was a teenager in the Root ANBU forces. However, he is not using the Crossbow he used while he was in service of the underground organization. The current Crossbow he uses was a custom order to a well known weapon maker. The Crossbow was a weapon that little to no Shinobi used, though it was popular with local armies, who did not train in the Shinobi arts. Kumori had ordered a perfect Crossbow, not too heavy, not too light, incredible power and range, plus a high reloading rate, and a high quality scope.

Name of Weapon or Item: Kumori's Special Poison.

Location: Kept inside of his Ninja pack.

Description:
This potentially fatal chemical concoction slowly plagues the enemy from the inside out. The poison will usually enter the bloodstream through some kind of poisoned weapon. As the chemicals drift through the blood, the different symptoms of the poison will take effect. The poison will attack cells in the body, including the blood of the enemy. Various symptoms rise form this effect. One is the vomiting of blood once the poison has taken effect. In addition, the enemy will feel sick, as if they had a cold, with mucus growing in nasal passages, making it difficult to breath. Also, the enemy will feel the need to breath more, and without enough oxygen to support the body's functions, they will start to cramp, and will start to pale slightly. Also, loss of stamina, strength, and even the ability to think straight are weakened. The severity of these symptoms depends on the dosage of poison delivered.

Within two posts of infection, they will feel they are breathing more often, and will start to lose stamina. Within three posts, they will begin to cramp when moving quickly. After five posts, the enemy will feel sick, and weak, and by now, is significantly weakened. Large enough dosages are fatal, with the enemy losing too much blood, and being too weak to sustain consciousness. Pushing one self while under the effects of this poison will cause them to faint either way. The poison will slowly dissolve in the bloodstream, doing as much damage as possible before disappearing. If one can survive the disgusting poison, they can recover from it.

As a special treat, Kumori also possesses the antidote for this poison, which will destroy the poison. However, if not injected soon after the poison enters the blood of the enemy, the poison will still inflict damage to their body.

History:
A tormenting chemical product, Kumori created this poison by himself, though he did not create this recipe of death. The poison recipe was made many, many years ago by Jounin Ninja from the Village Hidden in the Grass, who planned on using it like Tear Gas in World War One, to disable enemy troops by using it as a gas. The poison was effective against enemy troops. Kusagakure was a prominent user of poisonous substances in warfare. Kumori had found the formulas for the creating the powerful poison in some old library in a village, which had many documents and other papers with various information with them. Kumori also has access to the antidote for the poison. Kumori took the formulas and information of the poison and antidote, so that nobody could find a way to counter his poisonous weapons.

Appearance:
The poison itself is kept in a thick, clear glass, curved vile, which contains the sickly, dark green colored, thick, sticky liquid. The antidote is kept next to it, in a smaller, similar vile, and is colored milky white.
