Seal Info: This seal was designed by Koujetsu in order to have an ample supply of water at all times without the need to waste chakra on creating it, especially since he lives in Suna. The seal itself is quite simple. Every week Koujetsu charges the seal with approximately 1/2 of his chakra. The seal maintains that chakra, and generates water utilizing the water nature of it.

1/2 of Koujetsu's chakra is more than enough to generate enough water over the course of a day, to fill a lake. This isnt all generated at once, considering that the gourd would explode due to the pressure. Instead, the seal was placed at the top of the gourd with a detection seal in it, which stops generating water when a specific height within the gourd is reached.

Should all the water be used up from within the gourd, the seal will begin to generate more water, the rate at which it is generated is again the work of the detection seal. Should the water level in the gourd stay below a certain amount, the seal will produc water much faster. However, instead of taking more chakra from Koujetsu during a fight, two secondary chakra storage seals are located near the Mizu seal, providing chakra that Koujetsu had filled them with earlier to increase the water generation during a long fight.
