All Purpose Ninja-Tool Summon Set (Mikami's Low Tech Release)

OOC: I listed the history once, because I didn't want to list the same thing for simple items.

Name of Weapon or Item: No-Contract Summon Scroll Set

Location: Anywhere the user wishes

Description: This is basically an "empty" summon scroll that allows the user to summon anything that is non-boiotic or has no life. The summoning method is similar to Sasuke's shuriken method and can be placed as his are on the body. The summon works by making a "blank" first, which means using the summon scroll to summon nothing. This makes the summon scroll personal, and from then on it will only respond to the chakra that the first user has injected. From then on, any number of items can be "de-summonded" into the scroll. It works like a reverse Kuchiyose, de-summoning is storage, and summoning his withdraw. Appropriate chakra amount must be given. The more complex the item is, the harder it is to summon. Summoning a phone would not be hard, but summoning something like a vehicle with many parts would be extremely difficult. These can be placed on the arm, and can summon the various items by thought. However using a scroll allows the user to summon many different items at one time. Two type of times can be summoned with the wrists summons. (IE, wire and kunai)

History: As with all things from Teru Mikami Enterprises, they are made within secret and have no real history. No information about ideas, creations, or updates gets leaked out into the village. This prevents people from knowing about things until they are released to the world officially, which keeps the privacy at Teru Mikami Enterprises.

Appearance: A regular scroll set, or pads of summon kanji placed on the users body. (like Sasuke). They can be summoned through clothing, at the risk of a bit more chakra, or the user can wear thing clothes.

Description: These kunai are extremely small and seriously sharp. When thrown they make little sound and cannot be seen as well as other thrown objects. Since the object is naturally smaller than almost every thrown tool, it can't be deflected that easily. When attached with an explosive note, the kunai then turns into a fragmentation grenade with great strength. Since the object is smaller, the shrapnel is less, but at a close range the smaller parts move exceptionally faster. In hand to hand combat a stab is still lethal according to the area stabbed.

Description: This roll of wire can extend about 100m. The roll of wire is about as big as a baseball or a bit smaller.

Description: This ember makes a small flash and explosion, but not enough to seriously harm anyone. It is manily used for a smoke screen and methods to blindside people. Since it's held in the mouth and is very tiny, it can catch almost any opponent off guard

Description: These small pouches can be placed anywhere on the opponents body, and at least 2-3 three of them can cause an opponent to be caught off guard if exploded (excluding rank). Since they are incredibly small and attached to hooks, they allow the opponent to move without constricting movements and explode instantly. Just managing a hand on the opponent allows them to be placed without the opponent knowing.

Description: This small file can be placed near anywhere on a shinobi can be used for various things. Filing their way through metal bars over an extended time, rope, wire, anything that can be cut by the dense steel. They can also make sparks if struck correctly, enough to light a tagged note/explosive.

Description: Essentially a long dagger about the size a grown mans arm, this blade can be used in combat and can also be strengthened with chakra from the user. These blades are made of a dense steel which can hold up to most combat situations. However if over used they can break.

Description: These shurkien are extremely large and several times more powerful than normal ninja tools. Thrown correctly, they can cause huge dents in metal and are not easy to dodge at all. If one strikes, it is capable of dealing a fatal blow to an opponent, or immobilizing them.

Description: Similar in size to a Giant Shuriken, this shuriken is more tailored to ninja tricks. The Shuriken can be folded up, detached from it's center, and is also stronger. The blades are on the side of the blade however, which allow for a greater cutting power and faster speed if thrown correctly.

Description: These scrolls are blank and are used in conjuction with two types of jutsu. One scrolls has the kanji for "shield" placed on it. The shield serves as a B-Rank defense of the users chakra, and offers them a three meter protection range in front of them. One most open the scroll and shout release for the chakra to release.

Name of Weapon or Item: Elemental Explosion Tag

Location: ---

Description: These tag notes can manipulate bits of chakra into an elemental burst, as long as the user has the affinity for them. The outline of the tagged note changes color to fit the element. Fire stays red, lightning turns yellow, earth turns brown, water turns blue and wind is a light colored blue.

Fire - This explosion allows more heat than blast, accompanied by a bit more fire. The heat wave is strong, similar to opening an oven on high temperature. The flames are spread out, but not with enough strength to seriously burn someone. The explosion is more of a huge ball of fire that releases a large heat, then fades away. Enough heat is produced to make a normal person squint or shield their face.

Wind - Allows for a burst of wind to expand outwards in the form of a strong gust. Placed on a wire behind an explosive note, it can increase the speed of the kunai. Placed on top of a note it becomes a perfect tool for defense. Against many thrown weapons, one thrown wind tag could use it's gust to cancel the tools path and send them clattering to a ground. When placed on the human body, they are capable of knocking someone down in surprise, but not necessarily off guard. Placed at a knee, ankle, or foot, the tag can throw off balance.

Water - Since the chakra amount is small, a splash of water cannot be created. Instead this allows for a mist to be released from the note. The mist is released quickly, which can act as a great method of concealing ones self for quick movements. It can also be used to perfectly camouflage and deafen the sound of thrown weapons if placed correctly. Thrown in the sky, this can create a temporarily cloud as well, but does not last that long under normal sunlight heat.

Earth - This releases a dirt in the form of a debris cloud, like if someone were to throw dirt in the face. This can lodge particles of dirt in eyes, nose, ears, almost any orifice in the attack area. The debris cloud is also known for its allergen count, which contains lots of allergens.

Lightning - This releases a blast of chakra form of a discharge, which can cause a strong static shock to opponents. I can also be used to increase the lightnings strength a bit, or can be used as a delay to trigger a charge down a wire. With many practical uses, it could be used in conjunction with water tag to create a static mist.

Name of Weapon or Item: Drugged Smoke Bombs

Location: ---

Description: These are smoke bombs laced with hint amounts of opum. If an opponent breaths in the fumes for too long, they will begin to experience slowed syptioms and a lack of balance. The opponent however does not know they are drugged in most cases, until it is already too late. This is tasteless, and cannot be smelled.

Appearance: A small ball, no different from a smoke bomb.

Name of Weapon or Item: Small Bell

Location: ----

Description: These small bells are hard to notice and see, and can balance in the tip of ones finger and finger nail. They have carry the tone of the average pitch of a persons voice, which makes it impossible for an opponent to hear the ring if their ear has not been trained for it's special tone. If the user has super senses, they will be able to hear a ring in their voice, but In most cases it is near impossible to pick up if you are not familiar with it's sound. The sound can only be heard from ten meters away by normal ears.
