Name: Akagi Kawazaki

Age: 20

Bloodline: None

Rank: Jounin
Classification:
Village: Mist
Alignment: With the village. He is extremely loyal, but the extent of his loyalty may make him seem evil. He’ll do anything for the village and will kill anyone that threatens or could threaten it.

Appearance: Short silver hair, a eyes that are a light green, and his 6''7'' height are his most notable features. He has a dark orange tan, is heavily muscled and has thick eyebrows. Akagi has a deep, vibrating voice that, when raised, can command a King. He wears a polyester jacket that is long necked and long sleeved. He wears bandages over his arms and under the white tee-shirt he wears under his jacket. The sleeves of the jacket are a dark burgundy and the front and back are silver. There is a stripe of burgundy that goes down the zipper at the front. He wears loose dark jeans that are a mix of algae green and navy blue. He has tennis shoes that are black and he wears five platinum rings on his right hand with two on his ring finger, two on his index finger and one on his thumb. The rings are plane platinum bands and signify nothing.

Personality: A patientless and blunt man. He tires of games and prefers to do things in the quickest, easiest, way. Even if that means diving directly into a volcano he doesn’t hesitate. He hates planning things out and he hates retreating. He’s the type that can’t take insults, prefers to settle things over a fight and doesn’t mind killing. Even if he’s asked to kill his family, a child or his long time ally he’ll do it in a heartbeat and throw the body in a gutter.

History: His parents were Fernstrato Kerpeski and Nowari Kawazaki and they were both very intelligent members of a traveling society. His father came to the mist one day and met Nowari, a medic-ninja in training. The moment she met him she dropped her training as a medic-ninja and became a traveler like him. The two of them traveled to distant countries, lands outside the nations, and even further than some maps calculated.

When Nowari became pregnant with Akagi she and Fernstrato went back to her home village to have him with her family to support her. The moment she had him she dumped him with her mother and Akagi’s parents left for adventures that adventures dreamed about. They were having far too much fun in life to raise a child.

Akagi’s grandmother managed to raise him until he was five. He was a destructive kid at birth. He enjoyed the sound of breaking objects and the fell of crushing things. He was constantly destroying things and he hardly stayed in one place for longer than a collection of minutes. Even sleeping wasn’t something he ever did. Akagi would awake only a few hours after falling asleep and would be into something else in the dead of night.

In the end the old grandmother couldn’t deal with the rambusicious child. A family meeting was held and Akagi was sent to his “strict” Aunt Kashi. He stayed with her for two years until something happened. It’s unknown what exactly happened in reports. The papers stated that Kashi fell down some stairs and her head landed in an iron. She was dead instantly. Some say she was drunk when she fell, others say that the toy truck before the stairs tripped her, and others say she leapt down of her own volition.

What really happened to Aunt Kashi was Akagi was tired of punishment. He was given corporal punishment as well as time-outs and “invisible chairs” treatment. Akagi waited until Aunt Kashi was drunken and of ill mind and he rang the door bell. Closing the door softly, running up the stairs quietly, and hiding discreetly he waited for her to get to the foot of the stairs to check. His toy car was infront of the stairs, as he had planned. He was a speedy kid, because he waited almost two minutes before she even reached the stairs. When she was about to take her first step Akagi pushed her and she fell down the stairs and fell unto the ironing board. The iron fell on her head.

Aunt Kashi wasn’t dead yet though! She was moaning and groaning in agony. She had a number of broken bones and her legs were full of fractures. Akagi walked down, a calm look about his face. Kashi called out to him and, instead of assisting her, he grabbed the iron and smashed her face in.

Akagi then, without wasting a moment, ran outside screaming for help. It went so smoothly that some whispered suicide. Akagi was pleased with his work. He wound up with his grandmother again and he was back to breaking, messing, and stealing things. The grandmother couldn’t take anymore of the bad child. When he was eight she took him to an orphanage in the mist and left for a larger city in the Water Nation. Not one of his relatives came for him henceforth. They figured it was the simplest solution.

Akagi spent a long time in that orphanage. They were constantly trying to keep the kid active and having something to do. The one thing that Akagi developed was a total lack of patience. Anything and everything that he couldn’t figure out in less than a minute he broke or attacked. They even tried getting him a kitten. The kitten disappeared the day after it was given to him. He was a wild, unruly child and the orphanage wondered if he just needed something strenuous to the max. He was strong though. Sports weren’t enough to tire him. He always had more and more power left behind.

Due to this a ninja was hired to teach the boy. He didn’t have the money to support himself in an academy, nor would he have the necessities to partake in the activities the academy offered. A rare ninja decided to take this mission, free at that! Rozorio was his name. Like Akagi’s father he was foreign, but he was a ninja of notable talent. He decided to teach Akagi ninjustu that would drain him of his power and energy. He went straight to nature manipulation.

Akagi constantly became frustrated with Rozorio’s instruction. Akagi would attack and belittle Rozorio each time he felt the man was wasting time or looking down on him. Akagi’s tantrums were always put down with brute force. Eventually, after four years of instruction, Akagi was getting using ninjustu. His elemental affinities were Air and Earth, but Rozorio decided to teach him only Air techniques because they were harder to maintain, manifest and control than Earth Techniques.

Akagi was becoming a very powerful ninja. Although he had little patience he had an extraordinary quantity of charka and an adept skill for close quarter combat. When Akagi was thirteen the orphanage received a package from his parents. The package was enclosed with a letter and a sword.

Child I bore in compensation for our neglect we present to you the mighty Vacuum Blade. This blade will arrive a few weeks before your thirteenth birthday so the ones running the orphanage will be holding it until then. Although it is your birthday, we have no intention of coming home anytime soon. Just know we haven’t forgotten you and know that we will never. I just am not the woman to raise a child and he isn’t the man. You will raise yourself and to help you in that we have left you with this mighty blade. Become strong, child I bore, and hesitate for none. –Reguards, Nowari and Fernstrato

It was the sickest thing that Akagi and Rozorio ever read. It wasn’t a surprise to Akagi though. He knew his parents did care about him, even if they didn’t want him. He took the blade they left and Rozorio quickly instructed him that it was an accursed weapon. A weapon overwelling with demonic energy. Rozorio tried telling Akagi of the time when there were seven swordsmen with powerful weapons in his nation. Those men had swords with so much power that they could, if unified, topple any small group with ease. In order to combat these seven false-blades were crafted to try and fight them. These false-blades were made from the sacrifice of living human and animal and they pulsate with a living charka. The false-blades were utterly impossible to use, turning upon their master or destroying themselves, so they were sealed away, destroyed or they disappeared. Unfortunately, when Rozorio was finished he noticed that Akagi was off playing with his new weapon.

For the first time in history, the false-blade Vacuum Blade accepted a mortal as a user. The false-blade’s abilities were unique, flawed, and limited, but they were greater than any ordinary weapon. Rozorio started incorporating sword style fighting with Akagi’s other training duties. It was this time when Akagi really started to settle down and use what little focus he had on his training.

Rozorio had Akagi tested to be a genin a few months after receiving the sword. He was allowed and immediately after allowed to participate in the Mist’s own chuunin examinations. Akagi passed easily. He killed eight of his fellow students with ease. He passed the exam without a single scratch. The higher-ups were hardly impressed, but they did recognize his abilities.

When Akagi was seventeen he became a Jounin with little effort. He had become stronger than Rozorio by almost three times in both charka, brute strength and strength of ninjustu. Although he excelled in these fields he was horrible in the realm of genjustu. It was far to complex and required far too much mental effort. Akagi managed to become a jounin with rudimentary genjustu knowledge.

Once Akagi started killing for hire and taking on missions that were near suicidal he truly felt he lived. Slaughter, Murder, Pilfer, Destroy and even Sabotage were the missions that he favored above all else. But, like in all things, over consumption led to boredom. Akagi was quickly growing bored with missions of this type and decided to skip out on them entirely. He stopped asking for missions and just waited to be asked. Rozorio’s disappearance didn’t even spark any interest in him. He just seemed to become a lazy ninja that was almost always training, eating or sleeping and nothing else.
