Personality: Sinic is the perfect leader. In most situations he is completely emotionless, carrying on a cool confident composure while handling any sort of problem with ease and grace. He is very carasmatic; able to rally those to his cause and instill confidence that these his ideals will lead to successful goals and a greater future, in many cases doing so while keeping others ignorant of anything they need not know of. As a leader, he handles any and all situtions like a chess game. Except he can go through each scenario to weigh his options and decide the best out come. In many cases he has done this far before events actually take place, literally schedually the future events by different risk theories.

On the other hand, in situations where he is more invested in what is happening, he can be alot more extreme in his emotions, ranging from explosive anger to hysteric laughter. He is arragant and confident enough even in battle to speak openly about his intensions as he does them, warning his opponents of things to come and then doing them as he described. He does take pleasure in competition and will take part in a battle simply for sport. If his opponent is especially challenging, he will test them repeatedly, trying to pull the most animalistic and implusive abilities from his opponent only to watch their hope sink as their best efforts are futile. Only then, when they have lost hope to dispair, will he end their lives.

However, dispite his more sadistic side, he does hold control above aggression and will act from the shadows before he steps out to make himself known. If he is going to perform a mission he will most likely do so by himself, and will most likely kill any witnesses to keep himself as secretive as possible. Only those that work for or under him will ever actually see him as those he puts his trust in are those he know will be loyal for as long as there is a cause to fight for.

History:
History Arc: After the second great ninja war, Amegakure was left in ruin. Being the battle ground for three of the five great nations, the destruction of Konoha, Iwagakure and Sungakure trampled the land into but a shadow of itself. The lone great ninja, Hanzo, being the only real defense against the other rising powers of the nations of fire, wind, and stone. Thus, in order to rebuild as quickly an quickly and efficently as possible, Amegakure turned to technology, the untouched art, in order to rise from its smouldering ashes.

The result was a much more urbanized city enviornment, where power of shinobi came second to the power of industrialism. Though this helped them become stronger and over time stablize themselves, Hanzo was still concerned with not only the state of the Rain Village but more so his own well being, began to moblize his village for what was he assumed was a history of becoming the worlds battle ground. Many new jutsu, secret and forbidden where thus being developed, and instead of the feild of battle, it would be done so in a lab.

Science Arc: With the most advanced technological resources, they began working for ways in which to perfect simple and basic jutsu, using human sacrifice to turn the tide of battles, giving the dead reason to die. Scientist-nin quickly came to exist, as those who could encorperate technology with jutsu, and study and analyse data to achieve a required effect. Many Forbidden jutsu were formed in this way, kept under secret of Hanzo and his men; many things considered miracles... or monsterous. One of which was the perfect clone technique. The Perfect Clone technique worked like a bushin no jutsu, however the clone was not only real, but alive, and perminant. One could triple the size of an army in a few days time with such a technique, and in a world where strength was stiffled and limited under a sky of darken cloud, numbers were often the edge. Quantity could out match Quality.

One such Scientist-Nin was Cyrus Zommari. Not only was he skilled in his different mastery of techniques, but he was a genius in his own right. However, he lack any sort of special Kekkei Genkai ability and couldn't had no affinity for elemental jutsu what-so-ever. This was enough to banish him from the front lines of duety and cause him to take up the title of scientist-nin. There, he began working on the Perfect Clone technique along side a team of other scientist-nin. Many different approaches were taken, however no forms of the Perfect Clone technique could be congured. It was then that the idea of human sacrifice, in the form of a type of seal, would be used to bond a temporary being to the world perminantly. This looked promising to start out with but failure after failure had the team of scientist on their toes. Hanzo worked his men to the bone, punishing failure with death, and now that Cyrus and his team couldn't come up with a mastery for this technique, they found themselves inches from death.

However, in a stroke of luck perhaps, Salamander Hanzo was killed, by a man that soon came to be known simply as God. With Hanzo gone, all under him simply fell apart. Funding for the research ended, and with it, the title of scientist-nin became all but useless. A person with such potencial, Cyrus Zommari now had no place in his world. Faced with this harsh reality, he had two options, cry with the rest of the nation, or continue with his purpose. His original job became an obsession, and giving himself purpose, he continued to pursuit the creation of a perfect cloning technique. After three years of his life devoted to this purpose, he was close to accomplishing his goal.

Via human sacrifice, he could create semi-perfect clones. These were perminant real clones with chakra systems all their own. But these clones were brain-dead; Mindless puppets that could only follow order. They had no functionality of their own, and when a task was complete, they simply stood idol for the next command. Luckily, because it needed human sacrifice, he only needed a single person, and then could continue using his clones to create other clones. By this process of using clones to create other clones, something went wrong... or rather, went right. A clone was created with it's own mind, and conciousness, one that could speak fluently and do things on it's own. This clone of himself was he first perfect clone...

After learning how he was created, this clone came to resent his creator, and not to be taken advantage of by the great scientist-nin, he killed Cyrus Zommari.

Lab Arc: He gave himself the name Sinic Akagi, partcially named after the man that created him. With all of the knowledge of the original scientist-nin, he began using the lab and it's resources for his own purposes. With no moral boundary, he took these experiments to the extremes; testing many different abilities. Being the only one that stayed behind when title of 'Scientist-Nin' became useless, he had access to all of the files and info of previous tests. With those, he began to master many of them for himself and without boundary, he had nothing to lose. He first used a high grade puppet whose body was made to replicate that of a humans, for these experiments, however soon learned that in order to get the best results for how the different abilities applied to himself, he would have to make and use clones of himself... Perfect clones.

To do this he would need to get human sacrifices, however with the Rain village in such disrepair, little went unnoticed. However there were still many shinobi that lacked a specific role. These were those shinobi that lost their title as a result of the death of Hanzo. These were the scientist-nin themselves, and one by one, he hunted and captured the scientist nin for his own

To seperate himself from the world, he used the same abilities that he mastered to hunt down each and every shinobi that once carried the title of Scientist-Nin, and capture them. He used them to create semi-perfect clones. By killing all of the Scientist-nin, he also guarentee that the forbidden jutsu would only be known by himself. He ended up watching himself die hundreds of times, and used completions on himself, to create the perfect weapon from his own body. Not only that, but it seemed as though by watching himself die, he had stumbled upon a latent ability that was locked inside of the original 'Cyrus Zommari' and thus coppied onto himself. The Reidomegan, the eye of order, was unlocked, and upon further experiment he was even able to master that. Ten long years and Sinic, who had hardly even left the lab that he was created in, emerged from the shadows and set out upon the land. He even destroyed the lab and all the files and data that was there, leaving no trace that he was ever there, but the forgotten ruin of lost technology. It was about this time, when Sinic left Amegakure, that the third great ninja war began. The Perfect clone had left, believing he was perfect.

Missing-nin arc: As a momento, he kept the headband of Cyrus, and used the war as a sort of open experiment. He began picking through the debris and wreckage after battles, studying dead bodies and even watching battles unfold from a distance. He collected the head bands of dead ninja along with any interesting looking weapons in which to study them. By doing so, he monitored the most common ways of death, and the most potent of techniques. It was only then that he noticed that he couldn't use elemental jutsu, the crutch that Cyrus had and was just passed off to him. He had to use this to his advantage, adjusting his abilities to counter his short comming. Because of the bloodshed of war, he had a chance to have a first hand experience. He even put on the head band of other hidden villages and jumped into a battle just to test himself. However, with the end of the war and the powershift to Konoha and the Fire Country, he no longer had this 'experiment' to keep him occupied. Instead, he focused his attention to the study of the world around him. The hidden villages themselves, along with the politics, and status. He neve went inside of one of the villages, but collected info on them all the more. He concluded that if he could gain mastery over something, he could control it.

With such mastery of the forbidden techniques he could keep himself from aging, though still made a point to calculate his age. Having done so, he has literally gained access to four specialities including fuuninjutsu, puppetry, medical ninjutsu and taijutsu. He saved his study of combat for himself while combining the fuuinjutsu with his puppets, giving them the unique abilities of their own. He crafted two, humanoid puppets from many human like materials and even managed to give them artificial chakra systems that he could personally charge via fuuinjutsu. His space time seals would allow his puppets to literally come to life, possessing their own personalities and even knowledge, while his chakra coursed through them. Upon the repeated failures of many different organizations and villages with their own evil agenda, he decided that it was time to take the future into his own hands. Others before him had only failed due to the power of individuals in a village, not necessarily the collaberative effort of the village itself. It seemed as thought the villages were only as strong as their strongest members... Thus to weaken villages, he only needed to remove the power from those with power...

He already had a way of accomplishing this goal, however needed a power source in which to feul such an expansive technique. His first goal was to create the weapons that would do his bidding under him. After repeated testing and research, he gathered what he thought was the most powerful natural substances found in the world, he then used these materials to make many puppets, with the same expertise that was used for the humanoid test puppets. Running them over and over through different stress and damage situations, he found the best combination of the best materials. With this knowledge, he created the first of what he called 'Perfect Puppet's'. Able to give it life and a chakra system of its he created Serenade, the female puppet, and after training it exclusivly in fuuinjutsu, he was able to develope a sturdy defense. This Puppet was completely loyal, as it was dependent on Sinic for chakra, and thus life. It was by this success that those that knew Sinic came to know him as the creator.

He then created the second of the 'Perfect Puppets', that he named Momento. The puppet was male and designed to be blood thirsty, as a purly offensive being. Momento wasn't as 'loyal' as Serenade, immediatly attacking Sinic after being created. After Sinic successfuly subdue his own puppet, he explained to him that he was the only one that could keep him alive, and thus if he want to kill, he would have to follow orders as commanded. Momento relectantly agreed, and was trained along side Serenade to develope a deadly offense. The two, Momento and Serenade, became the right and left hands of Sinic, and carried out his missions in his steed. Trained to work with each other, the also formed a number of deadly combos, however, they would eventually run out of chakra and thus die, guarenteeing that they would have to return to him to continue existing.

He began studying and searching for those that were exceptional, and those that could be exploited. He turned to the construct of the original Akatsuki, and using the same model that Pain, the past 'god' of Amegakure, he decided that it would be, commical, or at least amusing to bring the Akatsuki back to life under his lead. He now had his own base of sorts, hidden in one of the lesser countries amungst one of the dormant volcanic islands. There, he user his two prized puppets to hunt down and find the greatest and more deadly ninja to support his cause. His offer? To become a god of the new world.

Yes, I am aware, that is simply the history behind how Sinic came to exist.

Is the character immortal?.....cause if he is, im kinda limiting that at the moment

He isn't immortal, he just slows the aging process via Forbidden Medical jutsu, allowing him to live many times longer. He can still be activley killed, however.
