Description: These necklace suppresses almost all of the powers of Noctis powers (at least 95%)

History: . Pravus, father of both twins, created the necklace (basically a seal). He placed it around the children's neck, sealing there powers. Even with the necklace's powers, the boys continue to grow stronger and stronger, there powers leaking out of the necklace's at times. . The necklace has stages that the two men can release at will. Releasing till four stages. The four stages by default are 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. But because some situations that really dont need much (i.e, its more stonger than a 25% release but doesnt need a 50% release), Kyouken can activate it to go to a certain percentage
