Name: Ataru Hyuuga (For those who don’t know, the name Ataru means “to be hit on the head by a falling star”. Seriously.)

Appearance: Despite his hyuuga ancestry, Ataru’s has short, light brown hair. His eyes are still pale lavender, with no pupils. Ataru wears a tan version of the Hyuuga robes Neji was wearing in Naruto shippuden. Ataru wears his leaf headband around his neck.

Personality: Ataru is very lecherous. Usually, he just walks up to a woman he's never met before and asks for her name, phone number, and address. Once he decides to go after a particular female, virtually no force on Earth, or any other place in the galaxy can stop him. This tenacity can work to his advantage in dire times, as it makes him determined to succeed regardless of the odds. Ataru may come across as stupid and lazy, but he is actually quite intelligent, able to manipulate situations to his advantage, and is also every bit the combat genius that Neji before him was. He also quite protective of women in danger, and will go out of his way to help them. When concerning male friends, Ataru gets rather competitive, even if there’s nothing to compete over. He will, however, help them if there’s need, and seems to under go a change of personality during missions, going from his normal, lecherous, comic-relief self, into a serious and attentive ninja, even if the mission is boring, such as cutting grass, or painting a fence.

History: Ataru was born into the Hyuuga family. Since the Hyuuga had abandoned The Main and Branch family, he has no cursed seal. Ataru grew up, learning jutsu’s even before he went into the academy, getting a head start. This helped him greatly in the academy, but he was still unable to pass until he was thirteen. This is because the clone technique is required for passing.

Even though Ataru has Byakugen, and can see through Genjutsu easily enough, when he try’s to use it, he’s proven to be abysmal at it. On the other hand, he’s a taijutsu genius, even for a Hyuuga. On his second year into the academy, it was discovered exactly why. It seems that something peculiar about his chakra makes genjutsu just not work very well for him. It also seems to attract very minor demons somewhat often.

This has been more than minor annoyance though. When imps interrupt studying, it makes learning new jutsu difficult. It’s possible that this could work to his advantage in the future, but it’s unlikely. Ataru finally graduated the Academy at the age of thirteen, finally getting the clone technique to work. As of now, he’s waiting to meet his team, and jounin sensei. His teammates are Daichi Kimura and Karamu Tomasu. His Jounin Sensei is Egress Uchiha.

Speciality:[/u] Taijutsu. Ataru also has an unusual talent at blocking Katana’s with his bare hands. Nobody really knows how he got this talent, and he refuses to tell.

Description:It’s a jutsu activated in the eyes, much like the Sharingan. But if we look at its ability of insight alone, it exceeds the sharingan. This jutsu allows the user's vision to see a full 360 degrees. Byakugan also has the ability to view the inner coil system of a person's body, and in advanced cases, the chakra holes. Because of this, Byakugan is used in combination with Hyuuga’s Style Taijutsu. Attacking the inner organs, disabling or even killing their opponent, even with only glancing blows .
Weakness: Theres a very small spot at the base of the skull in the back of the head where the user can't see

Description: Hyuuga’s special jyuken-type hand-to-hand combat style, passed down from generation to generation. It causes damage by releasing chakra from the chakra hole in your hand, directly damaging the opponents Inner Coils System. It’s used in combination with the Byakugan since the inner coils system’s tenkutsus can’t be seen without some kind of special eyes. Even the most subtle blow can prove to be devastating.
Weakness: Gentle Fist is impossible to use with the legs, as the chakra from feet can't be focused properly enough.

Description: At the exact moment when a blow is landed on the body, large amounts of chakra are expelled from the chakra holes around the body. With that force, the user’s body spins like a top. The combined efforts of the released chakra and the spin, first deflect the attack, then throw the opponent backwards.
Weakness: It costs a massive amount of chakra, making it very draining.

Description: Using a highly advanced form of Byakugan, the user is able to see the chakra holes on a person's body. And by using Hyuuga’s Taijutsu Style, he then closes all main chakra holes with quick blows, stopping the flow of chakra through one's body.

Description: Ataru thrusts his arm forward while twisting it like a screw and expelling chakra from all the tenketsu in his arm. The force and spin of the attack causes the chakra to form into a drill like missle, which shoots forward at his opponent.
Weakness: Takes a lot of chakra, and is very draining. It is difficult to aim and control.

Description: By removing almost all emotion from them, the user Chills their chakra. This causes the air around them to drop in temperature about 10 degrees, and makes them immune to cold. It also blocks weaker fire based attacks, and lessens the blows of stronger fire based attacks somewhat. The Soul of Ice is required to bring out the true power of the Flying Dragon Heavenly Ascension wave.
Weakness: While using the Soul of Ice, Ninjutsu is impossible.

Description: Jutsu’s don’t get much more complicated than this. To make it work, one must goad the opponent into getting angry, or into experiencing any other “hot” emotion. The chakra of the opponent will be “heated” by this emotion. Ataru must keep completely calm, cutting off all warm emotions temporarily, making his own chakra “cooled”. After this, unless they are giving off a truly stupendous amount of chakra, or have been throwing tons of ninjutsu around while hot, Ataru must goad the opponent into following him in the pattern of a spiral, blocking and dodging attacks all the while. The natural heat of Ataru’s opponent, mixed with the natural cool of Ataru’s chakra, creates a chain reaction, and at the center of the spiral, Ataru sends a Heavenly Missile straight up, through his opponents aura. The two charka’s merge to power it, and since it is naturally Ataru’s, it becomes ice cold, and uses the opponents chakra as fuel to grow strong. As such, this jutsu is stronger depending on the strength of the opponent. Instead of being a simple drill like missile, it becomes a massive, cold tornado which carries his opponent up into the air, battering them, chilling them, and cutting into their skin. In the cuts, frostbite is left. If the opponent is throwing off the stupendous amount of hot chakra (think the charging up bit for the inner gates three and four), or has been throwing off all the hot ninjutsu, Ataru does not need their partner ship in the spiral, and in the case of lotus, can actually forgo the spiral somewhat, simply circling them once while going in, then unleashing the uppercut. This move was actually designed to counter lotus, and similar moves. The Byakugen is required for the user to be able to make sure the chakra being given off is right. The ability to use the Heavenly Missile is also required. To bring out the full power of this technique, the user must have mastered the Soul of Ice.
Weakness: Is extremely difficult to set up, and is very draining on the stamina, despite the fact that it doesn’t take much chakra to pull off. It is also only works on those giving off hot chakra, and if the opponents chakra is cooled, it will fail, and leave Ataru open. Also, if Ataru fails in having the soul of Ice on while using it on stronger opponents, the attack can turn on him, damaging him as well.

Name of Jutsu: Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire (It's named after the training one has to go through to learn it)

Description: The user throws a hundred strikes of their style at their opponent, in about 1.5 seconds. Not only this, but with each blow the user knows full well where on his opponent their hands are, making this an even greater defensive technique for parrying incoming attacks. Learning this technique also means that a person is able to use other hand techniques much faster than normal, and keep going with them longer than normal. For a style like Jyuuken, which only uses hand strikes, this is extremely useful.
Weakness: Using this technique multiple times will tire out the user very rapidly.The Training is EXTREMELY difficult, having to train your hand speed by grabbing roasting chestnuts out of a fire. The training goes on until the user can do this fast enough that they don't get burned.

Elements: His dominant element is Water, and his recessive element is Wind. However, he doesn’t know any jutsu’s for either element yet, but he’ll have a talent for them.

Weapons/items: Nothing unusual.

Goals: Ataru wants to become Hokage and marry a beautiful girl.
