Description: The Utsusu is a technique that is used to copy one’s abilities. In order for the jutsu to work, one must activate it by concentrating chakra through the eyes and use them as crosshairs or targeting. The user must make eye contact with the target. After that, the user’s vision turns red and black veins will form a visible circle. The user must keep their sight on the target for thirty seconds. Once the thirty seconds are up the user’s vision will return to normal and the user will have all knowledge and capability to use the target’s fighting style (Jutsus excluded)

Weakness:If the target fails to keep their sights on their target, they will have ten seconds to reestablish visible contact with the target. Otherwise, the justsu will deactivate on its own, and cannot be used again within the next hour. In addition, the only kinds of justus that cannot be copied are other Doujutsus. Also the user can only remember three fighting styles at a time (excluding their own). Once a fourth has been copied the oldest copied will be forgotten.
