Description: If I victim is touched by the blade with Maya's chakra inhanced into it, the body part touched would become frozen.

History: At a young age, Maya grew jealous of her teammates' utilizing their own prized swords so she decided to gain her own by using her Hyouton to create a sword but it would always melt so Kijin promised to help her make a blade that could be durable and still have ice properties.
