Description: Luutiont was cursed in his left hand shortly after passing the academy and becomeing a genin. The curse gives Luutionts body the ability to hold more than one bodys amount of blood. Luutiont can steal the blood of someone he has killed and ad it to the blood in his own body. Giveing Luutiont more blood for his jutus.

Weakness:The maxamum amount is 3 bodys worth of blood(including your own). You have to RP to gain blood.

Your an academy student that means you cannot have C-rank jutsu only E and D

First of all, no Kinjutsu is EVER C rank. They're always S, maybe A on some occations.

Second of all, Don't go making apps about after you pass the Academy UNTIL you pass the Academy.

Third of all, stop making a whole new topic every single time you want a new jutsu.

Fourth of all, as an Academy Student, don't even bother learning any jutsu except for maybe 1, maybe 2 D rank. Just concentrate on bettering yourself Rp skill wise for now since Christmas is over and the teaching can actually resume.
