Akira Mikami

Mikami's history begins with his birth into a family that had deep inner workings of the black ops squad of Kirgakure. More commonly know as "Hunter Nin", his parents did work in the secret division of the black ops known as Sector 47. Through their inner workings of the villages' technology system, they were able to work undetected through the most part. They worked in creating prototype weapons, which were called, "S.E.W", or Shinobi Enhancement Weapons. These types of weapons focused on honing chakras into usable weapons that could greatly enhance a shinobi's power in battle. However, due to the type of research his parents did, it put Mikami himself in danger also.

During the toddler years of his life, Mikami showed no hidden talent, or superior abilities. He was the average child that excelled in private education that his parents funded. They lived a normal life, but left Mikami to himself most of the time while he was at home. As a child he knew both of his parents worked late and could never make time for him, so he accustomed himself to the lack of proper parental development. Without a nanny or a guardian to help him around at home, Mikami did everything he could by himself. At a very young age, he was able to use the restroom, clothe himself, feed himself to a certain degree and put himself to sleep all on his own. His parents however took this the wrong way, and began to leave him at the house more than usual.

Mikami instantly took to the books. His parents room was full of top secret information that lounged around the house most of the time. Since his parents were very high ranked and also very lazy, they strew material around their rooms all the time and never installed cameras in their house due to their own personal confidence levels. Mikami began reading the top secret information to the best he could, learning more and more about it daily as he picked up on his reading skills. He began to learn the inner workings of Sector 47 at around 10 years old and began to learn most of his shinobi intelligence from the secret organization.

Mikami continued to grow, and continued to be private schooled at home. Growing curious of what it was to have companions, Mikami snuck out of his house and traveled to a local academy for the gifted. The academy was training children in the way of the ninja arts for free, as long as they paid money for their classes. Mikami used his allowance to pay, which was more than healthy enough for the allowance into the class. Being around other people began to become socially awkward for Mikami. His deficiency in social intelligence put him at a stand still when it came to boys, and especially women. However, the habit of going to the academy everyday payed off well for Mikami. Due to his intelligence and diet at a young age, Mikami was able to keep him self in shape and his body toned. Women began to like his strong and silent personality and as Mikami grew to around 12 years old he became socially "street smart". He would often want to train with the guys in basic ninjutsu skills, and on purpose he would fight for the love of other girls.

Until the event when he was 16. On his sixteenth birthday, Mikami tried out for shinobi enrollment at his academy. Basically, chuunin and genin would show up at the special academy and fight against the students. Being accepted as 'strong' to most of his friends, Mikami tried out for the enrollment. A fierce battle was waged against him and a rookie genin, with Mikami taking the win. He had now skipped the enrollment process for normal genin, and had been placed on a team of genin on the spot as an award. Mikami was excited for the position and graduated the academy that day. Celebrating with his friends that night, Mikami took home a girl, one that he had crushed on ever since he saw her.

The girl was not used to his house being so silent. Mikami however was used to it all too frequently. He had notice that his teacher would be skipping out on his night lesson today due to lack of work. With so much time in school, his teacher would usually run out of things to teach every now and then, and would take a break to compile his information. Once again, to Mikami this was completely normal. His parents were out also and he figured he would probably catch them in the morning and explain the situation with the girl he had home. It was all too normal for a 16 year old boy, who had kept himself as a toddler for the most of his life. Mikami and the girl settled down to watch a movie until things got serious. She began to approach him in sexual manners and explained to Mikami that she wanted to lie with him. Not knowing the control limits on his sexual desires, Mikami took the girl into his parents bedrooms were they had prepared to have sex. Near losing his virginity, Mikami's parents had returned home to their rooms to find Mikami lying in bed with a girl.

What they did then was totally unlike them. Even though the situation of Mikami with girls had never risen before, he assumed they would not react as they did. They were out right angry and burst in and even drew kunai. Knowing that his parents were high ranked, Mikami did as they told him and sent him out of the way. After that, they then proceeded to murder the girl. Mikami tried to stop them from committing the crime, but his parents had did it all too soon before he could react. Punishing Mikami with corporal punishment, he went to his room every night, mentally scarred. There was nothing that was done. Jutsu had been used on every person that had came into contact with the girl, and their memories had been wiped. They had never known anything.

Days later Mikami returned back to his house to find his two ANBU agents at his door. They questioned him about his parents and the recent missing of a young girl that had taken place. Mikami grew suspicious and was honest with them. They told him that his parents had been on a secret covert mission in the Land of Wood in the Fire Country, and the time of murders would be incongruous with the killings. There was definitely something going on. Mikami was able to use information that he could get through Intel of Sector 47 that two spies had infilitrated the black ops and were trying to find out about Sector 47. It seems that they were from Konoha, and they had Mikami's parents on their hit list.

For the next several years, Mikami investigated the crime scene until he hit a dead end. Everything seemed to fade from existence about the two spies and they were no longer a threat. But the question proved to be why. Why had they not killed him yet? Mikami had no answer. For some reason he felt that they were still going to make a move on his parents and he decided to train. Dedicating a solid 10 years to training, Mikami put his strength and his intelligence into each fighting moment that he had alive. He began to develop never before seen ninjtusu, and used ninjutsu on entirely different levels. With so much free time on his hand and starting at a maturity level of a smart 16 year old, he was exceptional in every way. Mission after mission only made him more richer. He had to fund his own bank account, and created land for several off shore accounts so he could escape the grasp of tax paying. As he became powerful, he became more rich. His shinobi comrades did not know about the money he was making. They assumed that his ninja salary would do nothing to his parents income. No one suspected him of doing anything. Mikami's fame began to grow throughout the village. The "businessman" of the shinobi world began to go stronger and more feared as he grew older. Not even in the prime of his age he became a high ranking shinobi, untainted by doujutsu and demons, raw power in the form of a human. His work in weapons creation bred the interest of Kenjutsu and sword skills, and also weapons creation.

More speificially, "S.E.W".

The program created in Sector 47, was now accessible by him in a tangible form. With ninjutsu as an aid, Mikami took his first steps into their secret workings, and was able to see with his own eyes the types of weapons that they were creating. His minor skills in genjutsu were enough to grant him passwords and thus information on to S-Class laptops. It was then, that his interest in the case had been re-opened. It seemed as if his father and mother had found out about the crime from Konoha at the right time. While using their advanced technology to keep in contact with headquarters, they were able to make a deal with Konoha to prevent further altercations. The Konoha shinobi would be allowed to come home, if the Konoha council sacrificed 10 citizens. The deal was made and the weaponry began.

Their parents were trying to make DNA-based weapons. Weapons that could only respond to a certain finger print, or a certain DNA, or a certain chakra type. However, the formula for such a bio-tech weapon would have to be something that would be personalized between every single shinobi, and would take too much time. Doing so, would bring about suspicion to the Hunter Nin's inner workings and would undoubtedly blow the cover, and the bags off off every single body that they had sacrificed to create weapons. They would need a way to spread it to every shinobi without someone worrying about contact. Some shinobi that had no predisposition and shared the village element. Mikami. Bringing their own child into play, they began to create the first prototype of the bio tech weapon. They did not ask for his consent at all, and even though his parents were rooms away from him, he still never saw them. Taking his perfectly rich, type O blood. They fused several weapons to his DNA code and created it into a virus. On every single forced mission, Mikami had been required to deliver close range contact to all of his fellow shinobi to spread the virus. However, Mikami did not want to.

He rebelled and fought against the black ops. Not physically, but systemtically. With his off shore funds he began to buy out shinobi to a new organization called Sector 35. The organization bought off high ranking shinobi and promised them missions at triple the price of their current salary. Power hungry and greedy, shinobi bought into the feint and fell for it's grasp. When the Sector 47 was down to just his parents and a few shinobi, Mikami hacked into the funds of several lesser villages account, but without a computer. Using his abilites he was able to steal money from lesser villages, enough to fund the organization. Keeping the shinobi money in balance, he bought off a few high ranking normal shinobi, and sent them on missions to only steal more money unknowingly. Money that he had placed for them to steal. Using that money he was able to come up with enough to buy his parents. Once he had done that, he decided to make a presentataion of his face and offer the shinobi a raise if they all attended. Sector 47 had been successfully bought out.

A few years later he had enough money to offer all of the shinobi a raise, just if they would come and see his face. With all of his plans going smoothly, Mikami presented himself to his parents and most of the entire shinobi force. Sitting down with them to dinner. Sadly, he did not get the response he wanted. His parents, had not recognized him at all, and thought he was just a young entrepreneur. Even though he was tainted with illegal funding and money laundering, he still had good intentions for his village. Mikami had no way out but to get rid of them all together. The raise was costing him too much money after a year, and the suspicion with the low amount of numbers coming into the black ops was growing unsatisfactory with the Mizukage.

With his parents bought into the system, Mikami took a formal complaint to the Mizukage and a laptop. A laptop that included all of Sector 35 and 47's inner workings, and the funds and plans that had been going on under his nose. Mikami had set it up so, it looked like his parents were trying to unframe their selves for their deeds using their sons name. It seemed like they created sector 47, then used their son to create Sector 35, and bought their selves and their company under Sector 35's name to save them if Sector 47 were to ever go bankrupt or out of commission. The Mizukage took the fake bait and secretly brought the two to justice along with the rest of the culprits. When the "shit hit the fan", the Mizukage had been a figure head of Sector 47 all along. His plan was flawed because of his lack of knowledge on their outside shinobi inner-workings and because of that he failed. His parents and the entire black ops of Kirigakure. Using his money again, he hired a member of a clan rumored to be called "Shikyo" to kill them off.

With the Mizukage spot open and both Sectors dead, Mikami's fame had earned him a seat at Mizukage at 28. With his parents technology still left over, he now plans to find out more about the history of Kirigakure and to beef up it's strength. He wishes to learn and meet more about the Shikyo clan and possibly spark a business relationship with them. His current goals are to advance shinobi technology and technology itself. Instead of using Sector 47 as a secret organization, Mikami is using the group openly and with a fresh start. "Teru Mikami Enterprises", is now one of the fastest-growing technological departments in all of Kirigakure. With the head of Mizukage, he will also stand guard for the country and protect it's best interests.
