Description: It allows the bearer of the Kekkei-genkai to call upon demonic magic, which creates a new element which is commonly used in the clan members jutsu. This element is technically demonic, but is commonly indentified as shadow, due to its dark nature. The capacities of this element are wide, and varied, but all primarily focus on pain infliction, and life-force draining, but can have a wide range of other damaging effects as well, and has some of the most dark and twisted genjutsu in existence. However, the one constant thing about it is that it is almost always used for destructive purposes. It can be combined with other elements, particularly fire, in order to create powerful combinations.

Weakness: Lack of taijutsu techniques. The chakra can be quite volatile, therefore must be handled with care else it is liable to hurt an inexperienced user as it is to hurt ones opponent.

Could you go more in depth of the capabilities of this element?
Also, how is lack of taijutsu a weakness?

Ok, so basically, it's dark chakra? (Seems like it because 2 of my character have almost that exact same thing) [Ex: Black Chidori)

Not necessarily. Its much more open ended than that, and isnt only black: for instance, some of the attacks are green or even red.

Alright, let's call it an element then. Givin if it is an element, you'd need to give it two elements that would combine together to make it. Thus being an advanced element.

erm, but it doesnt share traits with any two other elements.... Well w/e, ill just say its a combo of earth/fire i guess.... but the thing is its outside of the elemental wheel, in the sense that it has no element its strong against and no element its weak against.

Here is the problem with this. No where in Naruto are elements demonic. There is no such thing as a demonic element, the concept you are brining here is entirely new to Naruto and to the site as well. Now demonic chakra, as in Curse Seal/Kyuubi etc is ok, but that's just pure chakra with a demonic source, being a consciousness to make it demonic. As in the Kyuubi's evil thoughts making his chakra extremely demonic, and the power of the curse seal combined with the users thoughts/evil can make a chakra demonic. So to be honest, the concept of a demonic element would not be approved.

Then you have the problem of this said "element" giving off genjutsu. Chakra is the only thing that can create genjutsu, throughout manipulation. An element cannot give off genjutsu. Like I stated before, a demonic element could not exist in Naruto, it sounds like you are taking demonic chakra and giving it an elemental name instead.

Also if this in it self, in an entirety is a Kekkei Genkai, then the ability to combine this said element with fire, would be another Kekkei Genkai, which would mean you plan to ask for this demonic element alone as a Kekkei Genkai, then ask for the ability to combine this with possibly all elements, which would unapproveable. You would be basically asking for 7 Kekkei Genkai.

Aside from the demonic thing, this just sounds like an augmentation of your normal chakra. Which would be only possible through some sort of outisde influence (seal/spirit/demon). A comparable example would be Orochimaru's curse seals, in which they forcable draw out more chakra out of the possessor.(stage 1)
