Location of Seal:One on each of Luutionts hands
Positive Effects:Allows Luutiont to hold more blood
Negative Effects: Everytime Luuutiont dose this jutsu it stops his heart beat the intire time he is sealing the blood
Transformation Effect: N/A
Seal Info:This Seal is made so that Luutiont can hold up to 5 bodys worth of blood includeing his own. This is done by sealing the blood into the seal on his left hand. Luutiont can also send out blood useing the seal in his right hand. This blood can be animal blood or huamn blood it dose not mater wich.
