Watari Yabuhari
Name: Watari Yabuhari
Nickname/Alias: Nama-sama
Age: 16
Age Appearance: 15-17
Appearance:
Watari always dresses nicely, even if he is a ninja. He feels that a man should not have to go a day without looking his best. Wearing a white dress shirt and black dress pants, with a black cotton vest buttoned around his ensemble, Watari takes pride in his appearance. His black and white color scheme compliments his pale skin and his medium length, black hair. Watari is fairly strong, but leaner than most people tend to be, due to his lack of food growing up. Standing at 5'9", he always makes sure that he is prepared. The only thing out of place in his ensemble is the fishnet shirt we wears underneath his clothing, his ninja sandals, and his headband which he straps around his right thigh. Wearing a serious face most of the time, Watari feels that looking good means feeling good, and is ready for anything with his outfit on.
Gender:Male
Rank: C (to be determined)
Ninja Rank: Chuunin (to be determined)
Village: Kumogakure
Birthplace: Kumogakure
Previous Village: none.
Clan/Bloodline: Yabuhari Clan/ No bloodline
Personality: Watari is really not just one type of person. He is defined within three different types of personalities which he displays throughout the day. These personalities are often mixed with one another to create the being that is Watari, but the main ones he composes them from include:
Choleric
When Watari is choleric, he is extremely irritable and gets annoyed rather easily. He doesn't have a reason to be in this mood all the time, but when he is, he snaps at the slightest comments, and is full of spite and hate. The bitterness of this foul mood could be seen in the air if it had a form! Extremely temperamental, Watari tries to escape any and all people when he feels that he may be in his choleric mood, and he'll go somewhere he knows nobody will follow him.
Sullen
When sullen, Watari gets very quiet, unmoved, and uncaring to things around him. He keeps to himself when he is sullen, and only speaks when spoken to. Watari loves to be sullen in battle, for he knows many opponents like to talk. When they talk, he simply moves on ahead and tries to attack, without saying anything, and if he does, it's nothing legible or important. This sullen feature in Watari is tricky to handle, for you can't get too much out of him, and it's his favorite mood of all.
Blithe
When Watari is in his blithe mood, he is extremely cheerful and happy to all those around him. Spiteful comments don't affect him in this mood unless persisted. He intends to be rather talkative while in this mood, since he usually doesn't talk in the other two. Cheery and bright, Watari takes the world by storm, doing so happily. Unfortunately, Watari is rarely in this kind of mood, and it takes something magnificent to be able to put him there
Goals: Try and get through life as it throws punches to his stomach every day. -_-"
Alignment: Watari is a rather neutral person, but he tends to lean more towards bad than good.
Canon Personality: None, I think...
History: Watari was born in Kumogakure on October 22 to the parents of Yamatyo and Rion Yabuhari. Watari's parents were simple house cleaners at the time, and were rather poor, which didn't allow them to fully nourish him with proper food or attention. He grew up a very silent little child, gathering many traits of his unspoken parents, who went about the day rarely ever speaking to each other or Watari.
By the age of 6, Watari was a fully functioning member of his family, taking part in family gatherings and the responsibility of assisting his parents with their house cleaning work. Trying to get bye wasn't as easy as it seemed while he was six, for the work was very hard and arduous, but it was the only thing he could do to help him and his parent's survive.
Growing up working everyday allowed Watari to build a very strong work ethic and sense of moral for completion of duties. He found joy in working and was proud to be able to help his parents. At age 10, he was lucky enough to get enrolled into the ninja academy at Kumogakure. There he was able to learn the basics of being a shinobi. He learned things like the art of disguise and even how to make a clone. Watari was thrilled to be there, and got every chance he could to take part in the ninja world.
Passing his Genin exams at age 12, he was then put into a squad where he was able to take part in D ranked missions that pertained around the village. Sure, they were boring, chasing crows out of farms and hunting down stray cats, but nevertheless, Watari enjoyed doing it. Unfortunately for him, being extremely quiet, he never really worked well within the team. Watari always preferred to do things on his own, but working in a squad that depended on you.... well that just restrained his full potential.
Because of his failure to cooperate within a squad properly, it took him 3 whole years to reach the chuunin exams, where he and his team took part in the rigorous tests which tested whether they were ready enough to be bestowed the glorious title.
At the age of 15, he had passed the chuunin exams by a hair, for it was always him that would just barely mess up enough to get him and his team chastised. Bearing the name of 'Chuunin', he had gone home that day, bandaged and weary from the test, to find his parents lying on the floor with sad smiles stretched over their faces. His father had stood up, for he was kneeling on the ground waiting for him to get home, and handed over to him his very first sword. Bonded in a lovely silver design, the sword that he had held was told to be a coming of age gift. His father had proclaimed that he was now turning into a man, and that he has been a wonderful son.
Confused at this sudden procession of emotion and truths, Watari had wondered why all of this was happening now. His parents had then proceeded to tell him that they were going to go retire in a home farther up in Kumogakure. A friend of theirs had left his house in his will to them, and they felt as though Watari was old enough to start to fend for himself, and live on his own. They knew he would be busy with his ninja life, so they spent what little money they had on the gifted sword. They were ready to let him go now...
Now 16, Watari travels the faces of the ninja world with the missions that he receives from the Raikage. He has trained himself to be a strong and noble warrior, and has become well adept to his sword (will post an approval form for sword). Living in a small apartment within the main city, Watari also works a part time job to help support himself. Watari has been waiting his whole life to be a ninja, and now he is ready to take on the world.

- Spoiler:
- Watari walked in the chilling autumn evening careful silence. The crunch crunch crunch under his feet was synchronized with the beat of his heart. Breathing deeply, Watari advanced further into the heavily wooded forest just below Kumogakure. His sword, ready... aching... to be brandished in the heat of battle.... was freezing as Watari brushed his hand over the hilt. From that deep breath he took not too long ago, he let out a long and weary sigh, released in a fog that blurred the scenery as it rose to the clouds. Where could they be...? Watari wondered.
The moon was high up in the heavens and the stars were just starting to wake up; the blue of day was slowly fading as blackness ate it's way through. Watari looked around the forest, his eyes laying over thick oak and maple trees, brown and sturdy, with bushels of fiery leaves resting on their strong arms. These trees, he thought, look so comforting. After all... it was getting late, and Watari had been searching the forest for the lost boy all day. His limbs ached and his stomach growled... it was pointless trying to go on now....... So.... there was nothing to do now, but wait for the sun to once again rise so that there will be a better chance of encountering the boy. Watari climbed the branches of a low facing maple tree and rested his head on the mighty bough. His legs swung freely over the one large tree branch he sat upon, and Watari watched them kick back and forth, back and forth, drowsy at their mesmerizing sight. Sleep was giving him a warm invitation, and he gladly accepted, closing his eyes ever so slightly, so that abyssal darkness filled his sight. Wonderful shapes and colors filled up his eyes, for he was not sleeping, but watching the inside of his eyelids. He saw the blood run through his veins, ever so faint in the dark dark blanket. He was waiting to fall asleep.... but something just wasn't letting him.......
A noise was heard off in the distance, and Watari's eyes once again flicked back open. The night had progressed into ephemeral black, and it was impossible to make out the shapes of the trees. Watari instinctively moved his his body forward, as if he could hear the sound better by facing it's direction... but who was he to know?... it was completely black outside.
The noise... so quiet off in the distance.....sounded odd at first. Like the puttering doe waiting for her buck, and calling to whomever would care to listen. But Watari leaned forward more, and turned his left ear towards the 'direction' of the sound. It was barely audible, but Watari finally made it out... The sound... ever so quiet... must be the little boy... He is crying.... he thought. Upon resolving this, Watari sprang to his feet off of the tree, and ran along the forest ground towards where he thought the boy might be. Squinting and barely making out the silhouettes of the trees, Watari weaved through the forest at great haste, in hopes of finding the small, hopeless child.
It took longer than expected, but after a few minutes and a few sharp turns, Watari came upon the small boy, appearing that his hands were balled into fists that were pressed up against his eyes. The saline of his tears drenched the airy in a salty sadness. At first, Watari didn't know what to make of the boy. He had been searching for him all day, and he just now showed up. Where could he have been? Why was it so hard to find him? Many similar questions ran across his thoughts, but he denied having them, and decided to finish his missions. He smiled and knelt down to the boy. Gentle in voice, and nurturing in his touch, Watari picked up the boy and whispered "Don't worry.... I'll take you home, and everything will be all right...". And on that comment the boy nodded, staring as if in awe or curiosity at Watari, as he proceeded to walk back to the village in the cold night air. The crunch crunch crunch sound beneath his feet accompanied him as he finished his mission and reunited a worried mother with her small boy.
