History: This pole weapon was given to Natsumi when she first became Chuunin by her father. Even till this day, she has some issues to defend or deflect. Some say Natsumi's father gave her the Guan Dao to mirror the spirit that's inside her Red Dragon Chain Belt.

Location: In her tool pouch, along with the standard shuriken, kunai, and other standard ninja gear.

History: Her trainer, the Tenth Generation Storm Guardian, there is no fire around the user and thereby, the techniques Gokudera showed Natsumi would decrease vastly in power. As such, she was told to get a creature that controlled a vast array of fire techniques, and perharps even "create" fire. Natsumi has, thereby, choosen monkeys. A box holding said creature was then handled to Natrsumi, a monkey that controled and created fire, which she named "Rubicante". The box is wielded like a regular summoning scroll: You apply chakra to it, perform a blood sacrifice, and do handseals with it, and it "summons" the creature. Of course the box has a diferent manner of aproach, needing only for the "flared up" ring with fire chakra to hit the hole sported in the box, thereby, opening it up, and summoning the beast inside.

The only thing Natsumi does not like about Rubicante is that he can be a 'gentleman' almost everywhere, even in battles! But he's not stupid, oh no. He knows when he's facing agaisnt a strong opponent. Sometimes, he just loves to mess with the short tempered Storm Guardian. And even though he's considered a 'monkey' he looks more human than monkey; since he doesn't have a tail nor he's.. furry?

Appearance: A small box that can fit into the palm of anyone, this box has a circular hole in which Natsumi's Storm ring fits perfectly. Once the ring is "flared up" with fire chakra, the ring is then forced upon the box through said hole, opening it up.

Name of Item: Storage Box

Location: Along with the Vongola box, in the same item pouch.

Description: Red in color, with a somewhat sandy texture, so that she can identify it from the other box in her pouch.

History: Once the spirit was defeated, there was a gigantic spear at Natsumi's feet. She obviously couldn't wield it, as it was even bigger than Natsumi is, and hauling it along would be a pain. As such, Natsumi has instead, sealed it in a box much like her vongola box, so that only she can open it up with her Storm ring. Name of Weapon or Item: Vongola Storm Ring

Location: Right hand middle finger

Description: The ring that was given to Natsumi when she was first 'officially' allowed in the 11th Generation Vongola family. Natsumi or any other guardians can produce flames that surround the Storm ring. Each guardian has a diffrent 'flame', Natsumi\s 'flames' are called 'Storm flames'. Said flames' are needed to open up certain things that need Natsumi's 'Storm flames'. Like her Vongola box, for example.

Natsumi's storm flames have the ability of degenaration, meaning any of her weapons(like her katana and Guan Dao) could be enchanted with fires capable of an unknown, strong acid. if over used, it can and will kill people. Like the acid touching the surface of the skin, burning as if they got hurt. But obviously deeper wounds with such acid isses causes more complex things to happen

Also, the rings are not at 'full' capacity yet. When all the guardians and the new boss are judged by the past guardians(meaning 1-9 bosses and their guardians) THEN they can all recieve the rings at 'full' capacity.

Description: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.

Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes its shape into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an updraught which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes

Description:Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.

Description: The jutsu allows the user to spew superheated ash from their mouth that can surround the target in a dark cloud. This ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim and because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a hot cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will then ignite, creating a violent explosion that can envelope the user. With enough force this explosion could even have the capability to knock the victim out.

Weakness: Wind ninjutsu can be used to scatter the ash around and away from the victim, water can be used to douse the ash and make it useless, and earth can be used as a sort of shield to protect the victim from the explosion. The victim could also dodge the ash before it has time to settle around them and to avoid the explosion; if they can get away in time.

Description:Rubicante jumps into the air, from his hands he summons medium sized fire balls and sends them straight at the opponent. When the fireballs make contact with the opponent, it makes a fire whirlwind. Then, Rubicante in mid air makes a fire ball from his mouth and sends it at the fire whirlwind, when the fire ball makes contact with the whirlwind, it makes a a giant fireball that the opponent is trapped it. Then, Rubicante lands on the ground, he breaks up the ground to get a big boulder and throws it at the opponent still in the giant fire ball. The giant fireball breaks and the opponent falls down. Usually, no one survives Gouka. Usually they are turned into ashes.
Weakness:It almost uses all of Natsumi's chakra, therefore it's used as a last resort.

Name of the item: Red Dragon Chain Belt

Location: Around the waist at all times.


Description: A red chain that cannot be aproached without flaring up to blind someone temporarly. That which is able to touch it is it's owner and it's owner alone

Rank: Rank A due to the power it holds.

History: Her family didn't have a bloodline, but it would appear that, instead, her grand parents were great archeologists. Even though this weapon clearly came from the future with technology and/or powers unknown, it was found on a crater, that her grand parents eventually found. Although Natsumi's grandparents obviously asked for the four artifacts to remain unchanged, as they didn't know what power did they hold, there were foolish people that tried to wear them anyways, resulting in their death. Since then, the artifacts were branded as "cursed until further inspection". Natsumi eventually got one of those artifacts as a gift for passing the chuunin exams, the red dragon chain belt more exactly, but she was told to never unsheath it, as it could result in her death. Natsumi's curiousity, although, got the best of her and she drawed the weapon at the first oportunity she had, away from the eyes of her watchful family. After she buckles the belt, her mind warped somewhere else, to what appeared to be a world in decay, in which she met a spirit that called itself an "incorruptus", challenging her for a fight. After defeat, the spirit seemed to have calmed down, and explained the history of the artifacts, as well as devote most of it's power to Natsumi most, because she had to unseal the rest by finding certain equipment, as the spirit's loyalty was ensured. The spirit also explained to her how to "summon" her power, and that was by, once again, buckling the belt. Back in the real world, in which only a second has passed, the chain belt was unbuckled one more, and in front of her, a gigantic spear that she possibly couldn't wield. She sealed the gigantic spear inside a storage box, and kept going with life, only buckled when it was neccesary. Also, when she "buckles" her belt, a red knight appears. The red knight is known to be the spirit. It's name is "Aka Kishi"(literally meaning 'Red Knight')

Approved after considering that the whole 'blinding' thing is non-lethal and occurs when within touching distance of said item and if one remains nearby long only then can it be fatal (though honestly your character would have to be an idiot if they actually stood beside of that long without noticing they're getting blinded).
