Hidden in the Bamboo...[P] Empty Hidden in the Bamboo...[P]

Grass country. It was his favorite nation by far. He had personally taken the time to visit each country in the region, even ventured out into the water and seen those island countries as well. Of all of the different places he has been to, this was the most... diverse. Though it was geographically locked between many other more powerful villages, specifically The Stone and Fire Countries, it somehow maintained qualities that neither of them did. Perhaps, by natural selection, this place had evolved into what it is today. No doubt the creeks and rivers that run through the area, nor the giant bamboo forest were exclusive to this land. It was ironic that in the Grass country, little grass actually existed in such forest. It was what made this dense yet unpopulated area so beautiful, that made it the perfect place for a hide out of sorts.

He was just moving from Water Country. For many decades past, the caverns and secluded islands served as his lab and home for quite some time, and now that the conditions were favorable and he felt himself prepared, it was time to move to a more... central location. It was a place where he could get to any other country rather quickly, with the exception of the more water bound countries. But he had spent enough time in Water Country to know that there was little that he need invest himself in there.

Here, very few actually passed. Even now, few maps existed of this tiny region and the only guarenteed ways to get from point 'A' to point 'B' was to follow the many merchant trails that were made in the region. These dirt trails lead in all directions, all with helpful wooden signs to direct people in the right direction, but surrounding these trails were the Bamboo forests that had no such signs or trails, and once one had lost sign of the road, forest itself played tricks on you; no matter where you look, it appears the same. Most likely an optical illusion created by the clean rounded shapes of the column of the bamboo itself.

So how exactly did he Sinic stumble upon this place? Sinic himelf was created only a few years before the third great ninja war. Due to the conflict between the Stone and Fire Countries, the Grass Country became a territorial battle ground. The Bamboo forest was the stage for many small skirmish, as foes met as they traveled. It was what he considered to be his 'field training' as he not only studied the different formations and tactics, but even impersonated shinobi from one side or the other to test himself. He spent alot of time here, and one feature that was exclusive to this forest, was the lack of 'corners'. With the only cover being rounded it was very possible to attack opponent even when they thought they were behind shelter.

It was this very feature that reminded him of this place when he was considering his next move, and with all the odd travelers, it was easy enough to hide any movements his future organization could possibly have. And after a decent year of otherwise tedious but unbothered work, he had finally completeled the under ground bunker that made up his next base. The bamboo itself extended deep into the ground, making the ground that he used stable enough to dig out without much trouble.

He was able to install alot of Amegakure's technology; thankfully enough, with ninjutsu still existing, technology moved very slowly. Many of the things he had the funds and knowledge to install himself were not too out dated, even by Amegakure's industrialized standards. It was a full fledged 'base' now, and would serve as great office space for as long as he liked. It was also easy to expand such a space if need be, and if this base was to become more perminant, then he would have to do so, but for now, it was to serve as his shelter for the night.

One of the beauties of this base was that it required the use of a seal to access. Much like a 'warp pannel' of such, the seal was a space time seal that teleported the one who activated it to the other designated seal inside. The 'door' seal was hidden in a shoot of bamboo, and to make it even more the perfect, the walls of the base had individual tag seals, that would prevent even the Byakugan from sensing and chakra underground. It was a security measure that would keep out and away and unwanted pests that felt the need to make any pressing discoveries as to his location. But besides that there was little in the way of actual security. He was the security for now, but why not keep things simple ehh?

As he took the first official steps in, he smirked at what would be the seed that would turn into the three, in which whose fruit would bring about the end of an entire era of existance. Taking a seat upon the large In the large stone seat, he looked over to the two coffins to his left and right, smiling lightly as a sigh of relaxation left his lips, settling down and closing his eyes. "For tonight... we rest, for tomorrow may serve far more imporatant." Thunderous laughter echoed through the hidden shelter in omen of things to come...

The next day started early, as it usually did. Like any other system of his body, his sleep cycle was on a bit of a clock. He really didn't technically need to sleep, as it was a necessity that only those with limited life expectance needed. If he was to stay quiet and keep to himself, he would most likely live 'forever', or at least out live the generations of shinobi that surrounded him.

Everything had a beginning and an end after all. Just as ninjutsu came to exist, it would also stop existing. He was a bit different. He never had a beginning he just... became. He was created from nothing, at the price of anothers end, and thus he could overcome this boundary of all things. His only weakness would ever be those with power such as himself, and as long as shinobi existed, this was always possible.

Thus, his goal, as of now, was to eliminate all shinobi from existance, to make sure that no one besides himself would or could ever use chakra arts against him. A compeltely new era in the world. That was his dream, but of course he could never pull of such a thing on his own terms, or at least at any reasonable rate. It was more or less a 'team' effort, and in return he would share the world that he had carved with those who helped him.

He stood from his seat, with the heal of his foot he slid the lid of the coffins off to release what was inside. The coffins were more or less containers for her two most prized weapons. They were puppets, formed and made with the greatest of care to not only be the the perfect puppets, but the perfect weapons; Serenade, the ultimate sheild, was a female puppet, while Momento, the ultimate blade, was a male puppet. They were the soul subordinates of Sinic, and under the manipulation of a powerful jutsu, he could even give them life.

This technique was very difficult and hard on his own chakra, thus he didn't necessarily use it liberally. Only when he needed them did he bring them to life and actually keep them alive, though he had to sacrifice his own power to keep them from falling dormant again.
There were however about to go on their first mission in a long time. Soon they would be sent out to search for the strongest of ninja to join their cause. It would be his first active step toward his own personal goal.

He lay out upon a slab table a number of folders, each with profiles of rumors and statistics, from second and third story perspectives views, including and bingo book info he had stumbled across. These were all prospectives to extend an invitaion to. Many of them most likely had goals of there own, and if he could achieve the goals of others through his own success, it would make things all the richer.

"Now...which ones first..."

His decision was made. He lifted the folder of the first individual that he would 'target'. Target of course being a play on words, as not only was he not the one that would be searching him out, but also target suggested hostility. He wasn't aware how long it would take, but it's not like he had a time restriction.

Serenade was the more... diplomatic looking of his two puppets. Momento was made to be more of reaper sort of look and if he was sent to speak diplimatically with someone...well his scythe didn't make him look all that friendly. Infact, without the scythe, he was just a scary looking puppet.

Using his chakra strings he lifted the puppet Serenade from its coffin shaped container, standing it up. Walking behind the puppet he pressed his palm to it's back, where the seal of life already existed. It was potencially a long trip and at about a 1% per hour chakra drain, he would want her to have enough chakra for about two days gone and potencially two days back. A total of four days would require him to use about 96% of his own chakra....

He did so, practically emptying his chakra into the back of the being; resonating into the artificial chakra system in the back of the puppet. Suddenly it gasp as the life returned to the puppet. It stumbled forward as the chakra string connection was broken and then turned to face Sinic with a bow, "Hello Master Sinic... what is it that you require of me?"

"Serenade, you have a mission." He said, stepping over to the table. Even though he had only a hand full of his chakra left, he could cancel many of his supplementary effects to recover more quickly. This was the only time that he literally aged. He grasp the white folder, turning to hand it to the puppet as he explained, " You have to find this individual and with your best reason invite him here, here he will speak with me and we will arrange for the organization we discussed earlier. Do not express any information without first getting some positive feed back, and have him follow you here should he agree, which I expect he will."

The puppet grasp the fold, not even taking time to look at what was inside. She bow as she headed outward, away from him, with great haste. "Yes, master Sinic."

He himself was a bit taken by the ordeal, sitting himself down to rest and recover. Even he had his limits and giving life to another being for extended periods of time wasn't necessarily easy. "Don't worry Momento.. your time will come soon enough."
