Description: Anyone of Iwoa bloodline has the gifted ability of telekinic abilities. It varies from person to person such as: Female Iwoa can read others mind at a young and develop the abilitiy to move items and people later on as with the males is vice versa. Male or Female the Iwoa can move any item from a samll cup to a large building depending on training, age, and rank. For instance:
Genin Female-Can read only one person mind and can move a small cup-a crate
Genin Male-Can move a crate-boxes of standard items(70 pounds)but can not read minds

Chunnin Female-Can read a persons mind and can move one of their limbs/can move any item that equals the weight of a normal human teenager (110-150 pounds)
Chunnin Male-Can send telekinetic waves that send enimes and items flying (similiar to a force push)

Jounin Female-Can read a person thoughts without trying/can make a telekinetic bubble around them to prevent them from harm for short period of time.
Jounin Male-Can use telekinitic abilities to jump short distances/Can lift and move items or people that equal the weight of an 18 wheeler

S-Rank Female-Can move a person aganist their will/Can create a a small bubble inside of a person or item and can expand it/Can insert her thoughts into up to 5 people at once/Has the abilities from a genin female on up to S-Rank femal
S-Rank Male-Can jump long distances/Can send more poerful telekinetic waves that causes more damage/Can lift up to 2 people at once/Has the abilities of a Genin male on up to S-Rank male


Weakness: After each use of a telekinetic powers the person needs time to recharge before using it again/The more the item or person weighs the mosr strain it puts on the user/Although the females can read minds it sometimes gets overwhelming and causes a breif mental break dwon making them extremely vulnerable to genjutsu attacks/Although the female can insert her thoughts into another person it requires that the person has a weak mind and easily influnceable/After every jump either short or long it takes about 30 seconds to do it again.

Well basicly... This is what Me and kyouken Shikyo's character Hitoshi munashii's character uses. Aka if you want to have this you must ask kyouken directly for the abilite of Seishin and he will determine if you can use Seishin or not.
