Location of Seal: In between shoulder and neck, towards the back.
Positive Effects:In this state Neeva's speed and Spirit Eye's Chakra sense is heightened greatly. His eye is able to then distinguish what any attack is and exactly how it works based on the chakra set up in it. Also his already great chakra reserves increase greatly. This stage is not able to be invoked willingly. Rather, he has to have no other options, and be almost out of chakra. This will return his chakra to between 60-80 percent based on when it is activated. Neeva's curse seal has only one stage.
Negative Effects: Can not be activated willingly, after the curse mark recedes, he will become extremely exhausted and unable to continue to battle. His good will is lessened slightly, and may continue attacking even after his opponent is defeated. If anyone gets in his way, he will try to kill them, regardless of who they are.
