Description: This Juuinjutsu technique is the means of applying the Cursed Seal of Moonlight to an individual. Kazuko will first extend just three of her black, Jiongu threads from a part of her body and place them by the target’s neck base (on their back, between the shoulder blades). By drawing the exact chakra to the tips of these threads, Kazuko can then pierce the skin about an inch deep with the threads and spread the chakra to form the cursed seal. For around twenty-four hours after application, the subject will experience a great deal of pain as the seal takes hold. After the allotted time, if the seal accepts the subject they will survive. If not, they will die within ten minutes. Unusually, this seal has a self-containing ability – it will not spiral out of control without another seal to maintain it. However, like most Juuinjutsu there is a low survival rate for those subject to its application. About two in ten survive having this seal applied.
Weakness: The seal must be applied in this fashion, which makes it rather difficult to do so without the subject’s consent. Of course it is possible, but so tricky that it is hardly worth trying. A low survival rate hinders the usefulness of this seal.

Im assuming a self rp is required and then the Administrators can do a big thumbs up/down if they survive correct?

To apply the seal, a roleplay between my character and the subject would be required, yes. And yes, I would then PM an admin to decide whether they survive me giving them the seal or not.
