Personality:
Omoi is a very outgoing person and is also quite the ladies man. Despite the appearance of his some what droopy afro, he is actually one of the most outgoing people in Kumogakure. He loves women with a passion, so much that Kenshi has had to scold him quite a bit for focusing on women instead of his mission. However, when he needs to be serious he is. His personality somewhat changes in battle, and keeping his head on he never lets his guard down and is very smart. His seal knowledge is high, high enough to complete two jutsu at once with the switch of a handsign.

History:
Omoi is a direct descendant of the Raikage himself. He was a late bloomer, not really caring about whether he was good in ninja arts or what. So to make up for his lack of wanting to become a ninja due to his blood, Omoi went around school being the "cool, calm" one, a type of "go with the flow" sort of kid. Even his clothing expressed it. Usually students would wear semi-tight fitting clothing in fights, but growing up on baggy clothes, Omoi has presented a distaste in the clothes, due to his above average muscle size. Not caring about what people thought of him, Omoi never cut his hair, letting the white spiky hair style mark him as a sort of "rebel" for most of his career.

During his teenage years, shinobi persisted that he take some sort of ninjutsu or taijutsu to see how much of the Raikage's blood he actually carried. He was sent to a special school to be trained under some of the best shinobi in Kumogakure. There he also was in school with D, not knowing of his lineage also. His test results came up negative for nearly all his tests and the only thing he seemed to be good at was brute strength. Even though he kept an extremely laid back demeanor most of the time, Omoi did not mind pumping iron to keep his physical fitness up. Through training and exercises, he exhibited some of the same types of extraordinary fitness levels of the Raikage. The ability to have great strength and great speed at the same time, while maintaining a relatively somewhat large body.

Instead of training in the ways of a shinobi due to his slowness in releasing his chakra, they decided to teach him Kenjutsu. To their surprise Omoi was actually very interested in it and didn't mind being trained in it. They took him under a teacher, a very old one, one that even surpassed his sensei in the way of the sword. His name was Omoi, Omoi who used to serve under the legendary Killer Bee. During this whole time, "Omoi" never had a real name due to his parents abandoning him. So as "Omoi" grew stronger and more skilled under Omoi, he eventually adapted his name. Upon his sensei's death bed, he promised to keep his name as a trade mark to his skill. He had the ability to master near any sword type and was special jounin level by the age of 20 with sword work alone. Taking on his sensei's will, Omoi began ninjutsu.

Not having access to much trees in Kumogakure, they had a problem figuring out his actual element. Still at discord with Konohagakure, the shinobi had no access to the chakra paper and had to literally wing it with Omoi. Learning his personality types, testing his blood against the elements, everything proved useless till one day. Being of the same blood of the Raikage, he was naturally subject to his almost superior rage levels. Omoi heard from the guard shinobi that someone had tried to grave rob his sensei's grave, trying to harvest cells to recreate him for his power. Failing in attempt, the guards knew that Omoi was the closest one to his sensei, and a report was never filed. Taking care of them then and there, Omoi subjected to his rage, releasing a torrent of water towards his opponents by remembering the handsigns he'd learn when trying to take ninjutsu. Instantly trapping them an almost lake-sized amount of water, Omoi further proceeded to mangle their drowning corpses, shocking them to death with a single switch of a handsign. Proceeding with his kenjutsu skills, he dismembered their body and flung their limbs across Kumogakure. With his new found power and rage, Omoi took almost a year off from regular shinobi work, to calm his mind and train by himself.

His training was just like his actual sensei was there, in his thoughts, in his mind, teaching him everything he needed to know. For a year he kept himself in the massive mountains of Kumogakure, hiding from the shinobi. With the education he'd gained in seals from the shinobi, he was further able to combine that with his skills as a master swordsman. Returning back to Kumogakure after a year, he didn't want to work with anyone from his past, and instantly applied for a job as the Raikage's direct assistant and guard, the same position as D. With a new friend and a new leader, Omoi decided to get on a fresh start to becoming a better shinobi.
