Battei & Sanmaru VS Kenshi & Tenchi

Rubbing his feet, Battei placed the sandal back on his foot and stretched. It had been a long walk fro Suna and it had done it's fair share on his body. It had only been a day since the game had been decided. While meeting with Kenshi, Sanmaru and Tenshi, a bet had been placed to see who was the best team; Sanmaru and Battei, or Kenshi and Tenchi. At first glance, Kenshi's team seemed to be better just because of their rhyming names, but Battei did not care. Sanmaru and he would wipe the floor with them and make them eat dirt. Well, that was how he pictured it at that moment.

Slowly standing, Battei faced the direction of the others as he could feel them arriving. Fixing his headband over his eyes, Battei smiled widely in anticipation of what was about to ensue.

Walking straight up to him, Sanmaru finally reached Battei. It had taken him quite awhile to arrive since he walking at such a slow pace and was coming from Kumogakure. He didn't really know why he had to be here, though. All he knew was that Battei had gotten in an argument with Kenshi about who had a better team, when Battei had Sanmaru and Kenshi had Tenchi. I would of prefered that they had kept the argument verbally instead of turning it into physically. But, apparently, that was something that Battei and Kenshi just couldn't do.

Once he arrived at a arms length away from Battei, Sanmaru began to speak. "So... Where are they? I have a few things that I have to do."

Tenchi walked from Kumogakure no Sato to an ancient field of battle after he had recieved a message from Kenshi about a fight, and him asking him to be his partner. 'Humm, I don't want to let him down I should go and fight beside him. I really have nothing else to do, anyways I feel honored to fight beside one of my old students. Perhaps, I can show him one thing or two about how to fight. hahaha' A huge scenery came into view. It was an ancient battle field that was used in the past several times. There was an odd shaped lake in the middle of the scenery surrounded by large flat grass lands with a bit of hills near by. Far away a huge chain of tall mountains could be seen, and a large forest could be seen at the bases of the mountains. The mountain tops were snowy peaks of excellence with many tons of snow on the top.

"So, this is where this battle is to take place?" Tenchi stopped where he was and thought of something for a second and a little popping noise could be heard. He made sure he was out of hearing distance from Battei and Sanmaru. Seemingly a little wind followed him and he walked a fair distance more until he could see Battei and Sanmaru. He walked down towards them seemingly talking to himself. "Humm, yes. Yes, I understand. Yes. Okay..." He stopped talking to himself and smiled at Battei and Sanmaru. "Oh, hello I do beleive that your name is Battei and Sanmaru if I am correct from what Kenshi told me about. How are you young ninja?" He laughed a little.

Then he turned around looking for Kenshi wondering where he was. "Humm, it seems that my partner is taking quite a long time. I hope you don't do anything that is unfair." He smiled at them with a wild smile, and he sat down on the ground. "I might as well save my strength, when you have been in this world as long as I have you begin to take the world so much less serious. You do look like an old man Battei perhaps you know what I am talking about."

Kenshi had aquired some new jutsu and had been wanting to test them out on other opponents. He had been looking for a one on one fight, but the thrill of a four man fight with teams sounded all the more pleasing. The battle scene howeer wasn't too far away from Kumogakure. It was somewhat of a barren field, with a few spots of green grass all around. The land seemed to act like two hills, forming a valley in between them. The small valley held a somewhat deep lake, probaby about ten feet deep. It was semi hot outside, showing that the few trees that hung around the field weren't doing much for shade. The rocky look of the battlefield called for boulders, and lots of them. Lizards could be seen on the top of the rocks, warming up their cold blooded bodies in the rising heat.

Kenshi appeared, as the rest of them did, standing right next to his former teacher. He seemed to be in an odd get up, wearing what seemed to look like a leather suit and black gloves. No doubt he was hot, but no doubt he could control the way he though about the heat. There were several straps across the chest of the jacket, all of them holding tools in side of the pockets. Kenshi looked around, noticing that everyone was here, all familiar faces. Battei, Sanmaru, and his old teacher Tenchi. Surely this fight would be one that they all would remember. Kenshi wanted to test his jutsu, he didn't want to waste his time standing around.

"What the fuck are all of you guys waiting for??? This is a fight last time I checked..." Reaching in the holster on the side of his leg, Kenshi drew three shuriken, flicking his arm towards Battei as the shuriken whizzed towards his face. He didn't know whether Battei would see it or not with his headband covering his eyes, but if he wanted to dodge he would have to do something soon. Jumping back a bit, Kenshi's eyes glowed red as his Sharingan moved to three tomoe, preparing himself for battle. They were all S Ranks here, and Kenshi didn't want underestimating them to be his downfall.

While Battei was unable to see through his eyes with the headband on, he could still see through his seismic sensory. With it, he was able to see everything that each person was doing and everything that they had on them. The moment Kenshi made his move, he could see him reach for the shuriken. The moment he let go of them, they seemed to disappear completely from Battei sight as he now knew they were in the air.

Bringing his legs out to each side, Battei's body lowered low to the ground, allowing the shuriken to fly over him. With his legs to each side, and his body leaning forward, he was surely going to fall over unless he used his hands for support. However, he was not going to waist any movements. As his hand moved close to the earth, his hands danced in unison as they formed hand signs, just before slamming his palms onto the ground.

The entire field vibrated for less than a split second as he whispered under his breath. "Sousei" - (Creation of World) He could tell that they were ready for an attack, but nothing came. He stood their in his pose and did not move while they waited for something to happen, yet the vibration was all that took place. Smiling widely, Battei moved his head up as if to look at them. As he did so, he sat down on the ground and crossed his legs underneath himself. He would wait to see what they each had before striking back.

When Sanmaru saw Kenshi arrive and throw three of his shurikans towards Battei's head, he began to his attack. He knew that Battei would simply and easily dodge the shurikans heading his way, so he didn't have to worry about them. What he did have to worry about, though, was making sure that Kenshi didn't attach wires to those shurikans. At a moments notice, he could easily manipulate the shurikans. That was, if he did attach any wires to them.

Taking procaution, Sanmaru jumped to his right side, jumping right over the area that Tenchi was sitting on. He decided to use the time that he was in mid-air to attack. Seeing Tenchi as the opponent closest to him, he decided to make him his current target. Sanmaru brought both of his arms closer to himself, keeping the palm of his hands open. Instantly, light blue spheres of energy formed on each palm. The moment they formed, Sanmaru thrusted his right arm forward, towards Tenchi. He kept the energy sphere that was in his left palm, knowing that he would have to use it in his next movement. The sphere that he had thrown towards Tenchi was strong enough to break through concrete and, if touched, would leave fourth-degree burns. He wasn't really hoping for the sphere to make contact, just to get Tenchi into the right position.

Sanmaru slowly fell down towards the ground. If Tenchi was capable of noticing the smallest things, he would of noticed that the time that Sanmaru's took to land on the ground was too long. Five second too long, to be precise.
