Appearance: A Slightly taller than average person. clothing is either whatever is available, most comfortable, or on mood, but usually seen wearing shorts of some kind with at least two front pockets. Hair color is black, skin color is tanned. usually wears an average, single colored, t-shirs, usually dark red or black. Usually wear running shoes, but can be seen wearing dress shoes, or sandals during appropriate occasions.

Personality: Different. Can be lazy at times, but is gennerally fun loving and likes to run, which results in the above average leg strength. Few know of his true intentions, as he himself questions what they are at times. He is almost always looking for a challenge (in a match that is). He tends to hide to avoid doing almost any kind of physical labor, but will do at least the minimal requirements in his own personal opinion of himself. He is an excellent leader, and would sacrifice himself if it meant it would help keep balence for the world. However, he is a loner by nature.
History:
Arufa was born in the leaf village, the son of a great ninja. He was raised with expectations of greatness, expectations that he would be the best ninja in existence, expectations that he generally failed to meet. When he was in school, He was never one of the "popular" ones, despite the fact that he was the son of a great ninja, his personality always getting in the way.

He was an impatient and demanding child, throwing tantrums if he didn’t get his way. As a result, he was generally separated from the other children. The segregation caused him to become an outcast, a loner type, preferring the company of him to those of others. A smart person by nature his laziness got in the way at times. He had the ability to do the work, but he lacked the motivation. However, even with his laziness, he managed to graduate after 4 years in the academy.

After graduation, instead of being placed on a team, he worked with himself. He trained and became stronger. He still didn’t work well with others, but he tried. As the years went by, the only thing he wanted to do was become stronger. However, his desire to be recognized, to be accepted drove him to train. He trained hard everyday, learning his own rhythm and learning to use his bloodline Doukou Roken to the advantage when he couldn't see the opponent he used his bloodline to find them.

After a time, he was put on a team with two other genin. At first, Arufa didn’t work well with the other two, his outcast/loner nature conflicting with his teamwork. However, as time passed, he began to trust his teammates and work on his teamwork. They became quite a team and were able to take down most missions they were put up against.

Due to the lack of ninja in the leaf village, they were often shuffled around from sensei to sensei. The lack of ninja caused, his team to often be sent on missions that were inappropriate for their rank. One such mission ended in disaster.

The goal was to protect a diplomat while traveling to another country. An easy enough task, except the diplomat was being hunted by ninjas that easily conquered those of Arufa’s team. The team managed to protect the diplomat and evade the enemies for a few days, but they were soon caught.

They tried to stay and fight, but they were no match, and soon, Arufa’s to teammates, fell to the ground dead. Swallowed by fear, Arufa ran, he was not ready to die. He ran until he could run no more, knowing he couldn’t return to the leaf village and that he couldn’t stay in the wild. After several days of though he opted to join the cloud village.

After a few more days of travel, he arrived in the cloud village and set up a meeting with the Raikage. Explaining his situation the Raikage excepted him into the village. After he was excepted, Arufa vowed never to run from a fight again, no matter what he was put up agains, he would find a way to defeat his foe.

You need an approval from the Raikage for chunin too.

Actually, Chuunin is closed and is only for ninja who graduate from the Chunnin Exams for now so you would either have to be a Gennin or a Jounin, but if your're going for Jounin, you would have to submit an Rp Sample.
