Well, I know it's the same character I mean "starting out" as in a new village, hence the quotation marks. I just don't want a situation to ensue where it might be unfair to other starting Gennin. (I just have a bit to think about)

I believe my character was approved and moved to the right section. But somehow I found it here. Are there any problems with it?

Yeah, you never rp'd with him since this was approved and I had someone do an activity check for me saying that you weren't really on so I wanted to see if you were still here cause I need all the active Gennin I can find at this moment.
