Calling forth Ikkaku Team

Upon a night's stay at the Tsuyameku Hotel, they woke up early. Katsumi felt different, not like her usual self since the event that took place the day before. She didn't exactly know how to react around Kenji either. She was the dominant, the leader of the team. However, last night the dominant and submissive traded off, making her fight a tad with herself. This was making her a bit irate with herself. She had made the promise to her parents to wait it out but now it was ruined, she neglected the team by leaving Konoha behind, she felt somewhat sore, and she left everyone behind after not being able to handle her stress. This made her rather infuriated with herself and her actions, some leader she was becoming.

Rising out of bed, showering, and finally putting some clothes on, she gazed back at Kenji before shaking him to wake up. As his eyes opened slightly she connected to his mind, "come on, hurry up and get ready. Im going to try and see if someone can hunt down Konoha and bring her here so we can carry out plans. Who knows where she is and we have a lot to owe her. We can't be dilly dallying anymore, stuff needs to get done and I mean asap." Making sure he got up to get ready, she sat down on the edge of the bed and called the main desk, asking whether someone could track down Konoha. They agreed they could and after Katsumi explained her appearance to them they said they would send out a man immediately. Hanging up the phone, she sighed, waiting on Kenji as the stress she left behind began to build up again. The sooner things got moving, the sooner she would feel better.

Kenji moved a little for a second as Katsumi shook him before waking up, talking in his sleep. “Put more icing on that will ya… Yeah that’s what I’m talkin bout.” Soon, his eyes opened up slowly as he head Katsumi in his mind. Being recently woken up, Kenji had no clue what was going on for a second until his memories caught up with him. He let out a sigh, forgetting that Katsumi could read his mind for a second. ‘Back to the old Katsumi.’ Then as he remembered he added with a nervous smile and tone. ‘That I love so much.’ He slowly got up from the bed he was in and walked to the bathroom to take a shower.

As he was under the water, he noticed blood on the tub floor and an image of a figure consumed by darkness flashed in his vision for a split second. Kenji’s expression changed slightly to that of someone with no emotion as he continued washing himself, spending extra time on his eyes not noticing that, as soon as his hand escaped them, his pupils had visually changed to pitch black.

When he stepped out of the shower, he dried himself of with the hotel towel and reach for a brand new pair of the exact replica of clothes he was previously wearing that he had ordered prior to his check in. He put them on and went to the main room to meet Katsumi in the bedroom. He walked over to her after he strapped his sword to his waist and gave her a quick kiss. “Ready”

Katsumi glanced up as her eyes saw Kenji's, their color now changed to a pitch black that put her on edge. She grew a bit hostile for a second before relaxing as he gave her a quick kiss. He was the same Kenji, she was merely getting worked up over nothing. She returned his kiss and stood up, nodding before the computer nearby suddenly let out a beeping sound. Katsumi glanced over at it, 'mail?' She walked over and tapped the mouse as the black screen came to life and a mail letter flashed in the center of the screen. She clicked on it as a Forward popped up from a Jounin in Konoha. She read the message at the top from her father first and raised an eyebrow, her face somewhat shocked. 'Norio?..Wished to speak with me? Why me?' She tapped the keyboard telling him she would be there as soon as she could, thanked him, and then apologized for their leave. She knew he would have told her the details of Norio if he knew but seeing as he didn't mean it was a pure surprise, an order not tell, or he simply didn't know. She wasn't going to question anything.

She then read the Konoha message and connected to Kenji, "appears we need to go to Suna asap. A Jounin has told me to gather shinobi and that is where they are. From there we will go to Konoha and meet up with the Jounin. Hopefully this isn't a trap.... anyway... first we wait on Konoha herself. We will discuss our plans then and depart immediately." She typed to her father and said they would return to Suna first to gather shinobi before heading to Konoha. She had a lot to do now and as she sat back in the chair, she closed her eyes for a moment and grew a relaxed face. Now they just had to wait for Konoha to arrive.

As Katsumi went to the computer to check her email, Kenji sat on the bed as he waited for her to finish. Soon she connected to his mind, tell him of their next objective. Kenji nodded as he laid back, waiting on Konoha’s arrival. After about an hour, the phone rang and Kenji answered it. It was the main desk informing them of Konoha’s arrival. He stood up, dusted himself off, and went to Katsumi. “Konoha’s here.” After that information passed Kenji went towards the door and opened it, awaited Katsumi’s departure as well. As she walked out, he followed, wondering exactly what was in store for them in the future.
